Established in 1990.

We have over 25 years of experience in automotive collision repair. Using our resources we are able to repair vehicles to their pre-​accident condition, while following original manufacturers’ specifications. Our staff technicians are highly trained and certified through the I-​CAR, and ASE programs. This training allows our technicians to properly evaluate damages, and be able to determine the suitable repair procedure and to execute it appropriately.

TNS Auto Group has evolved to offer customers a full solution to the automotive collision industry. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. With a 15,000 square foot facility, which includes a 2,000 square foot front office and customer waiting area, a 9,000 square fully equipped workshop, and a 4,000 square foot parking/​storage area, we are able to offer a variety of services.

The folks here are outstanding. My car (2013 Focus) was parked and hit by a construction vehicle while I was visiting Brooklyln and there was considerable damage to driver front and rear bumper. I worked with Robert who was very responsive to each of my email or texts. He ran interference with the insurance company– and kept me informed every step of the way. I dropped off the car and it was done, beautifully so, earlier than promised. Car was returned to me like new– cleaned and waxed. I can’t believe the amazing job they did returning my car to it’s original state. I was pretty nervous– but the Unilocal reviews helped. And I am definitely a fan of TNS Auto now. If you live in the area, even if it is bit out of your way, I highly recommend them.

Car got keyed at 86th st at a municipal parking lot. Henry was able to get me a good rate with my insurance company and assured everything would be fixed. Highly recommended and fast service.

I finally found the perfect body shop after relocating here from Los Angeles. It was hard to find a trust worthy body shop here in Brooklyn. Henry listened to all of my questions. He did not pressure me into any repairs that I didn’t want and I got my car back within a week! Great service! Great paint and body work!

I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working with an Auto Body Shop. My wife was involved in an accident in our 2010 Audi A4. The other driver was at fault and there insurance covered the damages and rental car while the work was being completed. In short, dropped off car, met with Henry, discussed damage (very nice & friendly), he even called Enterprise Rent-​a-​Car who met us at TNS minutes later. TNS has a nice large waiting area with free coffee and snacks as well as a large tank if beautiful fish. Took no time at all.
Returned 1 week later, left rental with TNS (didn’t have to return to Enterprise office, a plus) and the car looks beautiful, like new. He even buffed out some minor scratches on my hood as well that were not due to the accident. He did such a good job I plan on returning to have TNS polish, repair the rest if the car after the winter.
Great service, attention to quality and professionalism. A+++

If you’re looking for the best body shop in New York area — then I highly recommend TNS. No words can explain how awesome this place is, but I’ll try. The service is at dealership level, only difference they treat you like family. Henry took care of everything from start to finish, not only did he file the claim, he went above and beyond to get it settled and done while advising me on what to do with both insurance companies. The entire process was a breeze thanks to TNS and they treat your car as if it was one of their own. When they were done I couldn’t believe how much extra work they put in, they fixed scratches that wasn’t even part of the accident and now my car is looking brand new again.
Thanks TNS and special thanks Henry you’re a savior!

Benz sign at the back of my car was broken & my father was about to give me my 110th shelling about it. I called these guys & I was asked to come in before 3PM today. Went in at 12:30, got out @ 12:40. Not only the service was totally free, but the it was perfect. They also took the time to look at my car and tell me all the things that were wrong. Will definitely go back to them to get everything done! They are very courteous & made me feel comfortable.

TNS is top notch and displays a level of quality service that is superb. I wish more merchants can learn from their professionalism and client service model. My Dad had an accident in Brooklyn and I had to find them a reputable auto body shop. I live in Jersey and all the logistics were done over the phone and email.
The highlights and quality touch points to service and to provide excellent parts and execution were all there. I spoke to Karol. She was always there for me and most of all, listened to my questions and concerns. She worked through the logistics with the insurance people and followed up with diligence. Her professionalism and courteous conversations were impeccable. Big kudos to her!
As for Henry, another well professional individual that represents TNS. I met Henry for the first time when I picked up the car with my dad. His focus is to serve his clients and to offer the best possible solutions and commitments to his work. He is a very personal individual that loves his job and works real hard with lots of hours during the week.
Anyways, it’s been a pleasure to have my dad’s car services by TNS. The staff of Karol and Henry is remarkable. Again, I wish more merchants across and service oriented people can follow their model!

So I dropped my car off to Henry thinking that I only needed a new bumper, turns out there was more damage done on my car during the accident.
Henry walked me through the whole process and what needs to be fixed. He pointed out and explained what the parts were, of course I know nothing about cars. The prices were very reasonable, he also brought up after market parts and explained what the difference was. Not pushy at all!
He gave me a estimate and timeframe of the repair. As promised, the repair was done on time, cleaned, new!
Henry has provided outstanding customer service, which every customers wants. Gave me great advice!
The office itself was clean, they offer refreshments and computer access in the lobby. Other staffs were nice and professional.
Next time, I hope never again, if I do get into another accident, Tns is where I’m dropping my car off to. I’m in good hands

First I just want to say thank you to Henry @ TNS auto. He took care of me and my car from start to finish. Everything went super smooth and my car was repaired quickly. The shop it self is neat organized and clean the staff is friendly and helpful. The work done on my car was awesome! These guys took care of me from start to finish. Seriously they handle everything. Plus it’s the cleanest body shop I’ve ever seen with free coffee, snacks and computers for you to use, feels like a dealership.
So I was in an accident where the other party was completely at fault. All they needed from me was the car, a few pictures of the accident, the police report, and my insurance info which was all simply texted over to Henry. No need to make subsequent unnecessary trips.
They did all the insurance work for me including talking to the insurance companies. What little I actually had to discuss with the insurance, he walked us through it.
On the day of the accident a rental was already arranged for me and only 2 days later they started work on the car. 5 days later my car was on the road looking better than before it got hit, they even threw in some extra scratch fixing and detailing. Thrilled with the repair and I can’t recommend them enough. You need to come here for your auto work!

This is the second time, I’ve done work through this shop and I have to say that it is without a doubt one of the easiest if not best shops I’ve had to go to. I recently got into a collision with another vehicle and speaking with Karol at this location, she assured me everything would be handled in a quick and excellent manner. She was always ready to answer any questions I had for her. Very informative and helpful, there was no part of the process that I wasn’t informed about. My vehicle was not driveable at the time and Karol quickly scheduled a tow truck to come down to my house in Queens to pick up the vehicle and bring it back.
While this time, I did not get a rental from their shop, the last time they provided me with one, it was an extremely clean and great vehicle. The claim process for both the accident and rental was handled quickly that time. The shop did a great job fixing my hood and was kind enough to buff out any little dents I had on the vehicle out of their own pocket. The car was returned to me like new.
This time around, unfortunately, my vehicle was not salvageable but Karol assured me that they would help me in ensuring that the maximum value would be provided for my car. And she came through helping me not lose out on valuable investments I made into the vehicle as well.
If I had any complaints, it would be that the shop is too far away from me. :(If it was closer, I’d go there for all the little things I have. But as I said before, TNS has no problems getting your vehicle to their shop if it is necessary. If you go down their feel free to ask for Karol as she will definitely be a great help with making sure your vehicle is back on the road as quickly and at a minimum cost to your wallet. Thank you, Karol!!!

Came here 2 times with my 2011 Altima. First time my car was parked and a car hit my car while parking. Came to tns cause of Unilocal and it was a great experience, they gave me a good price, 2nd time I came here cause my car was parked and there was another car aside from me and I guess a car thought he can squeeze in to pass and scratched all of the right side of my car. I must have bad luck, but anyways. I brought the car to tns since I’ve been here already. I met PJ and he was really helpful explain everything to me and did all the paper work.
He even notice something’s on the car that I didn’t even notice. He was very helpful all the way. He kept me updated with the situation. The car did take a while to repair but it was worth waiting for. When I got the car back it was like brand new ! They basically did a whole paint job on my car. I was very impressed! If anyone is looking for a good body shop go to tns ! it’s by far the best body shop in BK (in my opinion) and everyone is super friendly and they answer all your questions. Thank you Robert, Henry, and PJ for the great work !!
