Roy was very efficient and professional. He responded to our email quickly and repaired our lamp right inside our home just a few days later. He was both neat & careful, and his professional competence was matched by his punctuality and honesty. The cost of his service was exactly as he quoted beforehand on the phone. The repair he did was rather complicated, but he made it look easy — it only took him 30 minutes to do the repair. I doubt there’s a lamp he can’t fix.
