The Good Fork features New American Cuisine with a Korean/Asian flair. Our Chef/co-owner Sohui Kim is a first-generation Korean American, classically French trained, who takes ingredients and influences from all over the world. Her culinary history is reflected in our signature Pork and Chive Dumplings – featured on the Food Network program «Throwdown with Bobby Flay” – and our Steak and Egg with Kimchee Rice, a delicious disassembled riff on the Korean Bibimbop tradition. We have an esoteric wine list with well-structured, affordable wines from independent producers, including exclusive selections from Red Hook Wineries, a full bar, outdoor seating in the summer, and produce, whenever available, from our Red Hook neighbors, Added Value Farms. Our interior was designed and built by co-owner Benjamin Schneider, with a flair for making our neighbors feel at home. We take reservations for three or more on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and any number on weeknights. We hope to see you soon.
