The wait was over an hour, the administrative staff was extremely rude. The doctor himself, Dr Feig, was excellent but the practice over schedules and the staff could use a class in social skills. If a doctor doesn’t know how to manage a staff or a schedule, or bad behavior, Its hard for me to fell comfortable managing my medical care. Overall the doctor was thorough and warm and knowledgeable but they better get the office in shape!
