After my regular PCP retired, I had to find a new one. I was referred to Dr. Khandros by another office in the same medical building, and I’m very glad for it.
Dr. Khandros is a sweetheart. She’s very thorough and understanding, and very much like a jolly but concerned babushka (but one who actually knows what she’s doing: p).
I giggled when I entered her office and saw her wearing silk animal prints up the wazoo, with a zebra print fur coat hanging in the corner…“oh god, one of THEM,” went my brain. But you know what, let her have her tacky clothes. She takes damn good care of her patients, and if furry zebras make her happy, cheers to that.
