History

Established in 2002.

Host N More LLC was founded in 2002 in Brooklyn, New York. We started with providing Web Hosting, IRC, & Game Servers. By 2003 we started to sell Domain Names. Our big source of our clients had become non-​profits. They had a lot of IT questions, and we found our company giving more IT Consulting & Support Services than selling IRC & Game Servers. With the decline of IRC Server interest and the higher bandwidth usage fees for Game Servers we decided to drop the product line.

In 2005 we added our Remote Tech Support services and created the Support Hero name in 2008.

After setting up multiple Untangle firewall UMT Appliance’s for non-​profits in 2007 we became a Untangle reseller and partner. Untangle produces software and hardware based versions of the Untangle firewall UTM networking application.

In 2012 we added Carbonite backup services. Carbonite is the leader in online cloud backup services.

In 2013 we became a 3CX Partner. 3CX is the leader in Windows Based PBX Servers.
