I placed an order today from Seamless. I ordered a chicken and a steak burrito and some tacos, everything was great. I live about a half mile away and the delivery guy was ringing my bell in 15 minutes! That is super fast! I like on the front of the menu it says, «…all of our food is made fresh without artificial or chemical spices, MSG, lard or preservatives.

Food is cheap and decent quality. If you’re looking for something simple, decent, greasy, and to the point eat here. Don’t expect amazing flavor and presentation. Other Mexican restaurants in my area are too fancy and expensive, so I’m glad this place delivers deep in bay ridge.

I ordered last night on Seamless one of the plates– it was Steak and Guac. Its usually good and i have ordered it before. It comes with rice and beans (i got pinto) and a salad. It also comes with a free soda and fast as hell. When i ordered it in the past i usually get with extra meat to take some for work the next day– because there is so much food.
Well yesterday was different.
Eventhough it cane quick was almost no steak (eventhough i paid 2 bucks extra). It also had almost no pinto beans and hardly any guacamole (which is mostly tomatoes anway). I called seamless, and they apologized and said they would offer a refund for the 2 bucks charge. I then got 7 calls from the restaurant and one voice mail which was just people taking orders… I still haven’t received my two bucks back but not to speculate im sure the restaurant said that there WAS extra meat. Maybe the price of beef went up and this the way they keep cost low? That doesn’t explain why my dish was 70% rice!
tl;dr They use to be a lot better, quick + cheap tex mex food but now they skimp on ingredients and harass customers that complain.

It’s cool it’s simple an decent food.
I really only ordered there chicken tacos with cheese comes with a free can of soda lol it’s Actually very good tacos.
I usually ask for my chicken to be chopped up really good an extra red sauce to dab over your tacos after.

I guess this type of place can be compared to the fast food Chinese restaurant type of place. With real authentic Chinese food, we don’t have chicken wings with French fries or pork fried rice. (In my opinion, because I’m not an expert on Mexican food.) Also, this place is ran by Chinese folks. But that doesn’t matter to me.
Regardless authentic or not, this place does the job. When I’m hungry, it satiates me. Decent food at a decent price. Usually, I’ll order the chicken combination plate with rice, black beans, lettuce and tomato, or I’ll get the chicken fajita. It comes with the soda but I don’t drink soda, so I’ll let one of my siblings have it. I also like their mild sauce but I wished they gave more.

I love this place I order about once a week, chicken combination is where is at!!! Delivery takes 15 – 20 min always, although the guacamole is not impressive but the chicken nachos are amazing !!

Yummy tex mex food. I’ve been ordering for years and the food is always fresh. Delivery is faster than fast!!!

Bleh bleh blah blah «fake Chinese– Mexican food». . This place is good! Food is cooked fresh in front of your eyes! Good portions, good price — do it ! This is my favorite spot in Sunset *heart face*

Consistent tex-​mex food for a good price!

Do not order the food from this place. I got very bad food poisoning from their food. Just for everyone, for your safety stay away from this place.

This place is disgusting.

Me and 2 other co-​workers were sick for 3 days by food poisoning.
Threw up everything.
lived in toilet 24 hours.
They do not have basic sanitation concept.
How can I get a food poisoning in winter?
Thank god it was not summer at least.
I would have gotten killed if I ate TEX MEX FXXXing chicken in summer.

We ordered a steak burrito and some tacos a couple of months ago from this place. The steak was done perfectly and wasn’t fatty at all. And my tacos was great as well! The prices were good too.

This is only good Mexican food if you are from New York and don’t know any better. Not authentic Mexican and not authentic Tex-​Mex. The food is unauthentic and is cooked from a microwave. The one good thing is that they deliver quickly.

Came here today because they had an «A» so I thought I’ll take a chance after walking by for years and never trying it. Never again! As soon as I placed my order I saw the guy in the kitchen go straight for the food with bare hands, no gloves – no thanks!
I was there in person just imagine if you order on the phone or online.

It’s pretty good Tex Mex, I order online if I want to pay via credit card. (Grubhub, Delivery) I didn’t really care for the chicken, it’s weird and over cooked, but I really liked the chicken and steak tacos, I got both hard and soft shells and the shells were awesome for both. The guacamole is simple, but tasty enough, I think it’s better at some other mexican joints in the area though. It’s really cheap, the people are nice, and the food is good, the portions are average but the sides they charge you extra for are good for the price. (Guacamole, cheese, sour cream, etc) $ 6 for a lunch with a soda!

I get that space is tight and a proprietor might have to stack Poland Spring bottles halfway up his front window, I guess. I get that it’s snowy so you put out several cardboard boxes as mats and not change them for a couple days, I suppose. And no shop owner can control their customers from playing loud music off their phones – or can they?
If they offered pork tacos, or if the chicken or beef tacos were out-​of-​this-​world, maybe that stuff wouldn’t matter so much. But they don’t, and they weren’t. They were maybe just a little better than average for the ~$ 2 price point. Maybe.

This is a fast food take out type of place owned by Chinese people making Mexican food. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good. I had the steak burrito that’s filled with rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and tomato. It’s so much ingredients that the burrito doesn’t wrap together completely. You’ll have to use a fork to eat it. The burrito was under $ 7, which is the cheapest and biggest burrito I’ve ever got. Not the best burrito I had, but good enough. The price can’t be beat for what you get.

From the outside this looks like your standard cheap Americanized-​Chinese food shop. On the inside, the chefs are whipping up Americanized-​Mexican cuisine faster than you can order it (and at WELL below standard prices this is nothing to snub your nose at!)
1.09 $ tacos? Yeah buddy. Want a (less-than-sign)5.00 $ burrito? Sunstone is the spot that’s hot (for you.) Serving up other deliciousness like enchiladas, combo platters, guacamole specials and much more.
The chefs and staff are all Asian, but don’t let that shy you away from a culinary experience sure to put that low-​flo toilet your landlord installed to the test! These guys are able to pack flavor above and beyond into a fried corn tortillas that will leave you feeling woozy (in a good way.)
OR stay home and enjoy free delivery (order min 8 $) VIA Grubhub or Seamless.

Chinese/​Mexican takeout food. They deliver through seamlessweb, so I gave them a try.
Black bean and cheese quesadilla was very tasty, as was the chicken taco. The burrito I got wasn’t very well put together — but it was very filling and tasty.
They didnt include a menu with the delivery, so they lost a star. I’m also not sold on this being better than King Taco, the other fake mexican place.
