I am an allergist-​immunologist who provides the most up-​to-​date and highest quality care to patients affected by hay fever (allergies), chronic nasal congestion, eczema, hives, stinging insect allergy, food allergy and drug allergy. It is a great honor to allow me to participate in an aspect of all of our lives which is extremely important: our health. Thus I am dedicated to your overall well-​being and enjoy spending quality time to help you feel better and understand what might be ailing you. Additionally at our office we have specialists for ear, nose, and throat (otolaryngology), eyes (ophthalmology), and cosmetic surgery, who are available to help at any time with any conditions that may overlap, or expand beyond allergy, asthma, and immunology.

History

Established in 2012.

Originally from New Mexico, Dr. Patel completed his residency in adult and pediatric medicine at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, followed by sub-​specialty training in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the Mayo Clinic’s internationally renowned training program. A 2012 graduate, he brings to our practice the latest thinking in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic disease.

Dr. Patel is triple board-​certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, and allergy/​immunology.

I am the nurse that works alongside Dr. Patel. I graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as in Baruch College with a Bachelors in Business Administration. I am very happy to be working in the allergy and immunology field where the work we do helps to improve the everyday lives of our patients. I focus on the patient’s concerns so that we can ensure the best quality of life for those who have allergies. Thank you for letting us be a part of your care. We look forward to meeting with you.
