Nestled in the heart of the next arts district of waterfront Brooklyn, Studio225BK is a full service photo /​video studio and event space.

Custom built to provide a diverse and unique space, Studio225BK offers a raw roof space, a 750 sq ft custom designed roof deck, a primary 1000 sq ft interior space, and a dedicated hair, make-​up, and wardrobe room.

The studio is hand crafted and outfitted with a mix of custom and classic furniture. The interior space offers white wall, distressed brick wall, clean brick wall, high ceilings, and a 16 foot by 7 foot south-​facing and unobstructed window providing stunning natural light.

Complete lighting packages, both strobe and continuous, are available for rent, as well as computers, iPad, additional G&E needs, SFX gear, backdrops, floordrops, and seamless.

The studio is available for rent by the hour, day, or week for all your production needs such as photo shoots, video shoots, fittings, rehearsals, castings, etc.

Also available for classes and workshops, as well as

business, networking, and performance events /​functions.

Rates:

Photo shoots: $ 500/​day (8 hours), $ 250/​half day (4 hours), additional hours $ 60/​hour

Video shoots: $ 600/​day (8 hours), $ 300/​half day (4 hours), additional hours $ 70/​hour

Events/​Functions: $ 500/​half day (4 hours), additional hours $ 100/​hour

Workshops, Classes, and other needs: Rates are determined on a case by case basis.

Established in 2012.

by Greg Buyalos and Wilson Lugo, Studio225BK is the product of two working photographers. Greg is also a Director of Photography and sideline interior designer.

Bringing these assets together and being professionals in the industry, the studio is designed by working photo/​video professionals, for working photo/​video professionals, as well as independent production, and those building their portfolios.

Our goal has been to make a comfortable and inviting creative space for all.

Greg is working Photographer and Director of Photography. With 21 years in the business, he brings experience and creative chops to his clients, large and small. In running the studio, Greg strives to make a safe and inviting space for creatives of all levels.
