I’d give no stars if I could. After having issues I spoke to a supervisor. The lady in the white button down has such an attitude problem. Along with other female employees. They must be on their periods ²⁴⁄₇ bc its severely unacceptable to treat people this way. The guy Mike was the only decent employee. Didn’t get any attitude or eye rolls as these other b**ches gave me.

The guys who set up my account were great! Roland showed me at least a dozen units until we found one I felt met my needs. Then he and Samuel cordially and pleasantly went through the paper work with me. I know I can be annoying with so many questions and concerns but they were terrific. Kind of pricey, but convenient location and easy and secure access to the units.
The place is super clean, smells good without chemical odors and looks secure.
Can’t imagine how you could go wrong here, but I promise to update this if things change.

Clean, well lit, climate controlled. Would be much more convenient if it were open later (especially considering what they’re charging). All interactions with their staff — ever — have left me frustrated and angry.

I have been waiting since 9am to get into the storage space as they are supposed to be open at 9 am. It is currently 1054am and I am still waiting to get in. The point of a storage space is to provide access at the pre set time of opening so you can accurately plan your day. This service has not even provided today.

My already higher than average storage rent was increased 10% after only six months. The rental is month to month, so they could change the rent at any time. I am moving out for other reasons before the rent increase takes place, but I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. They also didn’t prorate when I moved out, instead charged me for the whole month.

This storage facility is only one year old, has long access hours, climate control, and is perfectly clean. There’s a large loading area protected from the street, to unload your items, and they will lend you carts to bring your stuff around if you leave your license. They also have great availability, probably because they are new (and not cheap especially).

Clean and new storage place. Staff is very rude. Lacks professionalism.

This place is great. Just opened so everything is clean and brand new. The manager, Wendy, was really sweet and easy to deal with and she went out of her way to make the process simple and easy.
