This bodega is on the corner of 5th Avenue and 5th Street. They sell all the things you’d expect a bodega to have, and there’s a resident cat who is not always around. I’m not sure if they always let dogs inside, but I had to buy cough drops and candy, and asked if I could bring my corgi pup inside, and they said yes. :)
The homeless guy who is usually on the corner’s name is Eugenio or in English, Eugene. He’s nice enough, and since I walk past the place so often I try to say hi to be nice. The owners of the bodega don’t shoo him away which I think is really nice.
