Just ordered a wonderful vase with mixed flowers, they did a great job. There are on Bay Parkway, I found out when I called up to place my order. They said it was a new family member that took it over. The old Owner past away. They still had my account on file. Such nice people. Thank you for always doing a great job.

I ordered flowers last week to be delivered to a friend for her grand opening, to find out they don’t deliver in my area but they took money off my card. When I called to find out what was going on the person who answered was rude and has no customer service. Dismissing me and talking over me like he did his part and I need to call my bank. Not professional at all. I’m in business and this is not good business!!!

One word: terrible. I always try to support small businesses, but I don’t appreciate not getting what I pay for.

As everyone know I’m not a five star Unilocal reviewer. You have to do a lot to impress me you can see that from my past reviews. Where can I start with when it comes Steve’s Flower of Brooklyn? I found them on line because I wanted the flower to arrive like yesterday and I didn’t have time to wait for an online company to deliver then Lets put it like this upon enter the flower shop I was greeted by two gentleman who we running the shop. I really don’t know much about flowers and could have easily picked you a dozen roses from one of those corner stores that sell them for $ 10 but I didn’t I chose to go the florist route. I mean really do you think that guy on the corner selling you roses knows about roses if he does it’s probably the group Guns N Roses. Besides they slowly pick the petals of their roses each day as the petal die just to make them look presentable. Just remember you get what you pay for guys.
If you are a guy looking to blow your woman’s mind, score some brownie points, or make up after an argument then this is your place. The roses are highly impressive I order from this florist two time and each time even better then the prior time actually the recent time I ordered I sent a two dozen roses to my girlfriend job. Oh i’m the hero in everyone woman’s eyes at her job they came around taking pictures of the roses and commenting they never saw roses like them before. At the same time I’m sure I’m the villain in the eyes of the guy at her job also. You see woman love attention they love to feel special and that they’ve out done other women. you think I’m kidding think about the last time you saw your best friend or a guy on the street with the same shirt as you what did you say. Most likely wow has has the same shirt. Now picture your woman seeing a woman wearing the same outfit as her this is exactly what she would say «Look at that bitch he has the same outfit as me» Anyhow not to stray of the topic when a woman get flower and they make her co-​worker envious they feel like I’m the queens of the earth at east for that moment all eyes are focused on her and her huge bouquet of roses that have the other woman in her office I wonder what’s the occasion and why hasn’t my lover done something like this.
The roses are at least 2 feel tall the presentation is out of this world so would I recommend this shop to anyone I would definitely says yes and and hard as it is I’m giving them 5 stars yes this is correct.
Gentlemen if you care about your girlfriend or wife don’t get any online flowers I would recommend you hope in your car or train and go to Steve’s Florist.

Rude and condescending service. Went in just to browse and see what they could offer for my wedding. I was talked down to and my questions were answered with more questions from them. Could not get any definitive answers on my questions about options, flower types and pricing. Ended up cutting the conversation short and left feeling very disappointed. Will never return. They don’t deserve my business.

Probably the worst flower shop ever. The other four reviews must have been by either friends or family. Not only is it ridiculously overpriced but the selection of flowers is a joke and that is not even the worst part. I spent a decent amount on a bouquet of flowers that literally died the next day. Save your money and avoid at all costs!

I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers from Steve’s flower shop and was assured they would arrive on the date and time specified. Despite three separate phone calls to confirm my order, Steve has still failed to deliver my order, and today is Sunday the 16^th… ruined my Valentine’s plans. Never ever go through Steve’s Flower Shop again if you want reliable service.

Steve’s Flower Shop is the only place that my family and I will go to for flowers.
They did a beautiful job on my bridal shower, wedding, and most recently on my baby shower. They are true professionals who put together the most beautiful arrangements with the freshest flowers.
Seriously, there is no need to go anywhere else!

I will never order from this place again! I ordered flowers for my mother and they were never delivered on that day (Saturday before Mother’s Day). When I called to find out where are the flowers I had to speak with three different people, all of them were extremely rude and seemed to not care that I was canceling the order. Very upsetting because it was already too late to order from different place. They just ruined my Mother’s Day!

Everything was perfect! I ordered a reasonably priced bouquet of roses on line for delivery on Valentine’s day. They delivered a beautiful arrangement of fresh healthy roses in a nice glass vase.
I’m glad I used a neighborhood florist and will be giving Steve’s return business! Highly recommended!

I came here today to get my mom some flowers for Mother’s Day. This place is great! The moment I walked in, someone approached me ready to help. I told her my price range and she showed me some flowers and told me my options. They let me browse around a bit before I decided and didn’t rush me at all. I left with a flower arrangement that was exactly what I wanted!

The florist excellent. Service is quick, but you get exactly what you request with advice plus friendliness along the way.
I thought there were going to be pre-​made bouquets to purchase, but the florist told me give him a price range and he’ll show me what he’ll create with fresh flowers. While he was making the bouquet, he always asked «Do you like this or this? Is this ok?» to ensure that I would be satisfied with the positioning of the selected flowers. Very professional, friendly, and a absolute gentleman.
To ensure his flowers are fresh, the bouquet is still holding up (w/​o plant food) for 5 days now & still going well with just water.
Been here for prom flowers, anniversary bouquets, and for gifts.
Easily accessible with bus stops and subway service nearby.
Phenomenal place w/​great service for what you pay for.
