Terrible customer service!!! My doctor’s receptionist referred me here to schedule an MRI. After waiting on hold 15 minutes I called back was hung up on 3 times and when i finally spoke to someone they were like in «outer space» and were unable to give me a date or time. Don’t waste your time extremely unprofessional!

I am in the middle of my second time waiting to get my MRI done. The first time I walked out after one hour of waiting because they were «still running behind». This time the receptionist told me to wait to be checked in because she had something to do. She then proceeded to talk on the phone planning her island get-​away wedding. They are running an hour behind today too. It is 7:15pm and I dragged my kids over here, and have no clue when this will be done. I was told to come 15 minutes early. This place is highly unprofessional, dirty and has rude employees. It also smells strongly like weed. I don’t have much hope for an accurate test either. I truly regret choosing this place.

Receptionist is rude. Waited over an hour for my MRI. Receptionist wasn’t at her desk so I called out «hello», as I could hear a voice at the back of the office. The receptionist was on a personal call and yelled out «yeah». I asked her when my MRI would be taken, and she finally called the MRI room, which was ready for me.
Then my MRI was a terrible experience as I had a late night appointment and machine had been on all day. (They only have one machine in this place!). These machines get really hot with use and my bare arms were next to almost burning hot metal. Never go to this place!!!

Extremely unprofessional in all aspects. Went in for an MRI and the whole place was shady. It was not very clean and no one paid any particular attention to you.

The facilities are decent enough although are certainly over due for an update. However waiting over an hour from my appointment and no report a week later is unacceptable. Would not go back.

Thrilled that they had Sunday hours, and I was taken as scheduled, so no issue there.
Because I had two MRIs in a row, I was there for more than an hour, watching several episodes of a bad sitcom, clearly a DVD. It may seem petty, but to advertise «big screen TV» and then not give the patient any choice of DVD is not good customer service.

I can’t comment on their MRI facilities, but I can relate my experience with their scheduling, which is awful.
I showed up a few minutes early, where they were polite enough to tell me that they were running «about 15 minutes late». It was only 20 minutes past my appointment that they admitted that they were running closer to an *hour* late, which meant I had to cancel my appointment.
Their mistake, yet they refused to fit me in elsewhere during the week in time for me to get results to my doctor.
Not acceptable. I went elsewhere.
