Spring Creek Gardens is a gated rental community located on the border of Lindenwood and East NY. Both Market and Affordable (LIHTC program) apartments are available. Amenities include laundry facilities, on site mgmt office, indoor parking, ²⁴⁄₇ security guards & surveillance, a spacious playground, live in Superintendent with 32BJ maintenance staff, 5 businesses on the property (grocery store, pharmacy, cleaners, restaurant, tax preparer), and an online portal for easy rent payments and/​or repair requests. Our Resident Services include a thriving Youth and Senior Center offering numerous enrichment programs and activities. We pride ourselves on delivering great customer service, professionalism, and enhancing the quality of life of our residents. Together with our many long term residents we host various events each year such as SCG Family Day, Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Thanksgiving, and every holiday in between. Needless to say we are a close knit community

History

Established in 2006.

Spring Creek Gardens was purchased via a partnership between The Domain Companies and The Arker Companies in late 2006. The property was built in 1989 and underwent a major renovation shortly after the property was purchased from the Related Companies in 2006. Renovations included new building facades, boilers, kitchens, bathrooms, playground, and more. The Domain Companies took over management of the property in 2009 and have worked diligently to enhance services and uplift the quality of life of our residents.

Mr. Troncoso was promoted to property manager of Spring Creek Gardens in April 2011 shortly after AD Diversified Management began managing the community. Prior to the promotion he served as the Asst Property Manager beginning in September 2009.
