Good place. Have had many a breakfasts here. Beautiful décor. Great service. Menu is basic but good and very decently priced.

Five stars!!! First, the décor is really nice, a very comfortable atmosphere and pleasant place to dine. Second, the food was incredible, we ordered a variety of items and everything came out excellent and quickly. Third, the service was great, waiters were on their«A» game. Paid attention the the table came to check on the table frequently but not too frequently. Overall amazing experience, would definitely highly recommend spoons café.

Oh boy where do I start on this one Need Kosher then add an extra star otherwise this place is no stars there is nothing terrible about the way this place looks and it looked promising … easy enough location to find right off Nostrand. table and chairs I came in stood there for at least 10 min till someone said ok you can sit down guy rushes to take extra place setting off the table and knocks down my fresh bakery items bag from next door(another review) ok no menu no water no nothing I sit and sit finally I get up and get myself a menu omelets, sandwiches pastas beverages no one come I’m hungry no one seems to care table in front of me they are sitting there though someone did give them water. 10 min 15 min finally I flag someone down order my avocado panini(thats what the menu called it) and my french onion soup and my «frozen» lemonade my beverage arrives and yuck it tastes like dishwater lemon dishwater its not frozen at all has a glob of slush in water(see my picture) and a lemon slice soup arrives in a little crock it is piping hot(thats a good thing) the cheese is weird and I dont mean kosher weird I eat kosher cheese all the time and its fine this cheese is not soup loaded with onions well it is onion soup my sandwich is actually a winner too bad everything else is so not toasty baguette(not a panini) perfect ripe avocado and tomato and its a nice sandwich with a little Israeli salad on the side. no luck on ever seeing a waiter again I had to go up to the cash register to pay what with the spoons people you have so much potential

I came here for a talk with a large party. It’s spacious and comfortable to sit in. We ordered some pizzas and fries for the party, which were awful. The fries were so overdone no amount of ketchup could save them, and they were also completely tasteless, and salting them did almost nothing. The pizza was slightly better, but its crust tasted old or premade. The saving grace was the dulce de leche milkshake. That, while very sweet, was delicious, and looked good, too. I’ll come back for a strawberry lemonade or another shake, but I’ll skip the fries.

Food: Meh. Not good or great. Design: The store is set up strangely. Super crowded and inconvenient. Ambiance: loud and cluttered. Portions: small Cleanliness: I left my glasses at home. 3 stars if you eat Kosher, 1 if you’ve seen the other.

I’ve been to this location with dates, family, friends, and on business. The food is consistently good, and the portions are acceptable. My personal challenge is that I have difficulty drinking from square-shaped mugs, but I don’t think they have those any more, so my shirts are safe from coffee. I’m not going there for my «death row last meal», but I will be suggesting it for a bite to eat in a nice environment.

Great place-nice décor(I like the pressed tin ceiling). I was there today, 12⁄25. Even though it was packed, the wait staff was excellent, very attentive and prompt. The food was very good. Prices were good, too. Everyone there seemed to be having a good time, and there seems to be a lot of regular customers. I plan to be one, too.
