A former Fortune 500 speechwriter and marketing communications consultant, she is also a former jazz singer and bandleader.

History

Established in 2008.

Before founding Speak Up for Success, Jezra spent sixteen years writing speeches for, and coaching, Fortune 500 executives, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Today, her speaker coaching and speechwriting clients range from research scientists to university presidents, and from business leaders to top-​flight professionals.

As President of Speak Up for Success, Jezra brings a lifetime of writing, coaching, and performance experience to her public speaking clients. A graduate of Boston’s prestigious New England Conservatory of Music, Jezra performed with her own jazz combos for years, before becoming a speechwriter and marketing communications consultant. She is married to jazz musician Jerome Harris, and their daughter Laurika graduates from Yale this spring.
