I was on the longest line on a Wednesday noon.
Only two tellers working.
I avoid the Indian teller cause she messed up a check that I deposited into an account and to find out that wasn’t mine. She didn’t apologized and I had to go back to that bank so someone else can fix it. Too Much hassle and this bank doesn’t have a phone app for depositing checks.

If I could give a 0 I would. There’s poor customer service from the start if you need a rep to help. You write your name down on a clipboard and pray they see you. The bank is laid out so poorly (desks are sprawled towards the back of th bank). If no one notices you while you’re sitting on that chair no one will help you. Good luck flagging down someone at their desk. There are at least 10 desks but only 2 reps are at there desk. What a waste of real estate.
It’s a shame because this bank has prime location. I think only the older customers put up with their nonsense — this bank has been here forever. It even changed it’s name a couple of times after being bought out. There’s a new Chase bank a couple of blocks down. I think I’ll go try them out…

Not much to say about this palce. It’s Sovereign Bank now, and it’s been on a downward spiral for years.
Their rates are not competitive, even for these times, and they keep adding fees for the checking accounts.
I finally pulled the plug on this place this week and went to another bank
