Such an adorable little place. Open late on the weekends so it’s perfect for when you’re meandering Williamsburg in the bitter cold and need a nice hot bowl of ramen. I got the ramen bowl and the wasabi shumai. The ramen was a large portion for I believe was 12 $? Very cheap and delicious. I enjoyed all of the vegetables in it. I would like to go back to try more of their items(quite a menu for a small place) and the ambience is nice.

Snacky is truly a great place. I went once with a friend after watching a hockey game at Barclays center and I immediately went back shortly afterwards. All the food was excellent especially if you are willing to try some of the more eccentric foods like the fried octopus balls. The sake selection is also great and I was able to try a few different ones throughout the night. It’s refreshing to have more options than just the typical hot sake you can get at certain restaurants. The service was also great and the vibe was very welcoming. I would recommend Snacky to anybody looking for great food, drink, and a great hang. It’s an unassuming place that can cater to nearly anybody’s taste.

I can’t get enough of Snackys. The drink specials and the food = on point. The decoration is amazing, and the movies they play will always leave you wondering(especially without the sound). Never change, Snackys. Never change.

This place is horrendous. My friend and I went once, and I found each of the 5 small plates which we ordered between us: inedible. It’s dark, and one gets the feeling that if it’s dark for a reason: to hide how dirty it is? Dunno. But that’s what I’m guessing!

Snacky is one of my favorite dining establishments. I like the fun décor with kitschy action figures and manga playing on the TV screens. The food is ridiculously good. Love being able to order tons of small plates and eat like a king without feeling like I’ve been mugged once the check comes. Favorites are the Kimchi Hot Dog, the Popsies, and the Chinese Pork Bun. Everything there is delicious and it’s worth checking out if you’re in the neighborhood.

Ah Snacky is amazing! Been here a bunch of times for some good food and cheap drinks. They jam pack every stereotypical Asian decoration behind the bar and they always have some random Asian movie on mute in the corner. It’s pretty funny to try and make up a story for the craziness that goes on in whatever film is playing. I was very skeptical about this place the first time. I had doubts about the authenticity of the food and really didn’t expect much because it seemed so tacky. But man, almost all the small plates we’ve tried are really tasty. My go to plates are the Rice Cakes with daikon and Sesame noodles. Get them! The rice cakes come with spicy soy paste, brings me back to my childhood haha. The veggies and buns are good too. I would steer clear of the udon noodles. Your best bet is to order several small plates to share. We always pair our meals with tsing Tao and a shot of sake? Soju?(never can remember) for like $ 4 or 5. The man behind the bar is super awesome, waitress can be a little cold sometimes. I call him that and not bartender because he seems to do everything around there. Go eat and drink! You won’t regret it :)

Quick service, but almost too quick. Decent food but it’s prepared so quickly I think it might be microwaved!

Went here last night at midnight — even though we were the only ones in there they didn’t turn us away and served us delicious food that really hit the spot.

So happy I discovered this place. The vibe is very cool and the food was great. I ordered the Spicy Udon Noodles. I can’t handle too spicy and this was just right for me. My boyfriend ordered the Grilled Eel Rice bowl and loved it. His portion was much smaller than mine but it worked out because I couldn’t finish mine! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

service was awful. I understand there was only server but she wouldn’t even reply when we spoke to her. I ordered pan fried dumplings that should be crispy and got soggy greasy dumplings with no crisp. I told the server I’d like it crispy and she brought it back saying they couldn’t cook it more for me because it would burn… lol please look at this pale ass dumpling and tell me it’s already too cooked. I would say their Asian cuisine of the 4 dishes we tried were greasy and mediocre. I’ll dish out 2 stars for the good cup of honey ginger tea and cozy ambiance

The food was okay. However, what left a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that they altered the tip amount I left on the credit card. I gave a 20% tip and they still doctored the amount I gave to an even higher number! This is bad business and criminal! I kept the original receipt and it is not a mathematical error on my part. My handwriting is very clear. Beware of credit card mis-charges from these dishonest people! Save your receipts! I will be contacting my credit card company.

Love Snacky! New favourite resto in williamsburg. Super friendly easy going vibe quick service food to die for and very cheap! Everything we tried was awesome but the steaming hot Shumai blew our mind! Cant wait to get back for more!

The interior was fun! Asian theme bright colors, the servers were friendly. But I wish the food would be as good as the interior. The food tasted microwave. It’s overpriced for«snacks». Probably perfect for drunks around the neighborhood. There’s better options around the block for food than this place

I’ve been wanting to eat here and final did but I wish I didn’t. While at the moment the food I ate/tasted was ok the aftermath wasn’t pleasant(*bathroom talk*). Overall I’d say unless you like the runs skip this joint. Pros-love the movie, they have my favorite beer and the waiter was nice/accommodating.

Place is so disgusting and they microwave all the food. This place is honestly for drunk people who have no where else to go. That would be the only way to tolerate the horrible menu. I just can’t comprehend how this place exists in Williamsburg.

I was craving Udon, and though I’ve lived in Williamsburg for a year now, I didn’t have the best local Udon discovery yet! It was late evening on a Friday night when I stumbled on Snacky. I planned to get up early the next day to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon, so I wanted the carbs and comforting broth. I had the Kimchee Yaki Udon with Chicken and it was absolutely delicious! Plenty of noodles, just the right amount of veggies and the enjoyment lasted until the very last drop. I sat at the bar and made friends with others around me who raved about their Popsie Mini Cheeseburger(2 sliders), Chinese Sausage Pizza With Mozzerella and the Mini Juicy Buns with Pork. I’ll have to go back to try all of those when I’m in a «Snacky» mood ;) Looking forward to bringing visitors and other friends here!

Great place! The owner is Chinese so I have no doubt about the authenticity of the dishes. I had the lychee saketinis, the tofu and celery salad and the shrimp buns. All of them were amazing except that the salad was a bit salty. Loved the slightly dark and intimate atmosphere there. And apparently they have quite a few patrons. Definitely coming back!

It smells so good in here of authentic Japanese food! Décor is a fun mix of Japanese and Chinese elements, and lots of red. There was a subtitled martial arts flick playing on the tele when I was there.(TV is small + the volume was off so it was not distracting = I like!) Dim lighting and small round tables make for an intimate atmosphere. Restroom is large(seems wheelchair accessible) and clean. My hubba hubs & I ordered _SPICY CHICKENWONTON($ 5) Small, sticky, tasty morsels. _GRILLED EELRICEBOWL($ 8.50) Comes with cucumber, ginger and egg. = satisfying! The portion is good for a light meal, or to have with an appetizer & dessert. _SPICY CHICKENUDON($ 10) My mouth was feeling the spice after just a few pieces broccoli rabe. = The hubs enjoyed his dish! Portion is filling, bigger than the above rice bowl. Have and will return!

Snacky is majorly cool. I love this place BIG time. The menu honestly could not be more unique. Popsie cheeseburgers and eel noodles?! Yep, they have it! I discovered Snacky while searching for hidden gems on the Southside for after kickboxing dinners. It didn’t disappoint! The service was speedy(except when it came to paying). This is a great place to come with a group of friends because you can just order a bunch of things to «snack» on. Ha ha ha I’m too funny right? Any who, I loved it. I have had the big bun, scallion pancake, popsie burger and some noodles. I swear there are a few more things but having a mental block now. The scallion pancake is awesome I must say. It is served with a thin omelet on bottom and so crunchalicious! The décor is kitschy but cool in a weird awesome way. Service is good except for paying — all three times I’ve been in that was the most painful part!

Definitely a unique place. The décor is mostly Chinese inspired and the menu is a ton of Asian fusion small dishes. They play Chinese movies on their TV and have reasonably priced beers. Cool spot.
