First! But seriously this was splendid! Park Sloper’s disparage not. The name may evoke all things generic and the colorful, plastic flags flapping outside create a déclassé atmosphere of suburban car dealership but get a table and enjoy. My wife and I shared the wild mushroom ravioli in a pesto and nearly ordered a second serving. We enjoyed burgers served on fresh, sweet rolls(nice touch!) Dessert meant Tiramisu, blessed with just enough rum and hardly boggy. Even our waiter was lovely. It’s unfortunate that al fresco here presents you with an otherwise inescapable sense of desolation of the corner of 14th Street &6th Avenue, but the dining room is clean and pleasant. Put it high on your list of neighborhood restaurants this fall.
