What a special place to bring your special kid. Great staff from the door to the back. My only complaint is that they all don’t have twins so that they could help more children.

The office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE, unprofessional, no organization. I called back in april of 2014 for services to be paid by my insurance i was told there wasnt any space for him until the summer. I called countless times and went in the summer passed and my son was never added i was re assured that he would be put on in September. I made countless trips to dropped off his IEP AND Enid told me the director needed to add him to schedule. Ive called 5 times this week after going in, left a message that was never returned and dealt with an awful staff that can never find my sons paperwork until i start to get loud! I call again today and Enid told me she has left messages for her directors i told her i refused to call back and i needed an answer. She put me on hold and came back to say her director said only speech was available and OT has been filled any there isnt any availability. So ur telling me i needed to harass u for that answer and ive been on a waiting list since april? Disgusted ! Taking my business to a place with professional staff!

My son had physical therapy here for two years. We had two very different therapists but both were very good. With the crack down on special ed services through the DOE — we can no longer get an RSA to go here so we were sad to leave. It may be difficult to get a slot because they are so popular but keep trying — it’s worth it. Of course, with the changes — maybe they won’t get enough clients to keep going which would be a shame.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month now, reception staff continually tells you the person I need to speak to is off that day. As of this review, I am waiting 2 weeks for the director to return my call. If this is a representation of what they do then I wouldn’t send my dog there. They are an embarrassment and should be shut down. They have no regard for people and I am afraid to think how they treat children that go there. My next call will be the Better Business Bureau. Wish I could give this dump negative stars. Avoid at all costs
