They need to learn to open on tome! It is 10:10AM and I am still waiting to get in!

The staff here are mainly always in a group… guys on one side and ladies in another, talking and chatting the day away. Once you step into their zone, one or two of them might glance your way… and maybe they’ll ask if you need assistance in about ten minutes… or maybe not… there wasn’t much customer service offered…

One of best Sears in the region. Staff was nice, shoes had a good price. Pick up worked well and was quick. It was good to see happy staff working there.

It’s cool, clean, and fairly organized. The plus size sections sucks. The women’s sections is next to the restrooms which are really noisy. Trying to shop, not listen to someone take a crap.

As expected, waiting to pay on all registers throughout stores is pretty much a wait. I rather go to kohls only cause they always have 30% coupon! most of the cashiers in this sears all seem gloomy and cranky.

Come see the softer side of Sears for lingerie, bathing suits, bed linens and purses. Get into its rough side too like I did last weekend for Die Hard brand work boots on SUPER sale and a few tools for work. Long lines move quickly here and the sales staff is extremely helpful. Shouts out to sales clerks Terrell and Daniel for trying their darndest to get me Sears card approval-a near impossible feat and for alerting me to sales and discounts that I was not aware of. Very organized and well maintained, I will be shopping at this Sears which is directly attached to Kings Plaza Mall, for all of my work gear and tools from now on.

More often than not they are under staffed and our will have to wait at a register. They rarely restock clothing items so if you see something you like in your size grab it while you can. The store is generally clean but during the holidays it can get pretty messy. The people in the tools department are very knowledgeable, but in the tv section not so much.

I’m a fan of any place that has a Land’s End section. Land’s End is the best clothing company simply because of their unbeatable customer support.

I can usually find good plus-size Levis at this location. The rest of the plus-size section is horrible. The styles are very dumpy/granny-looking. I like that this location has a Land’s End section. I hate their fitting room rules And the ladies who supervise it are always rude and grumpy. You can only try on 4 items at a time and they give you a hard time when you want a friend to come in the room with you. We made a plan, she carries 4 items and I carry 4 items. We enter the fitting room area and go in together anyway. The rest of the store is as you would expect, average.

Usually have what I was looking for, problems are bathroom, registers and fitting rooms. There’s only 1 fitting room on the first floor when there used to be 2. In other words, the juniors and women’s department have to share a fitting room, which is already small therefore the lines are usually exceedingly long and sometimes there’s no one to monitor the rooms. Bathrooms are disgusting, but most of the blame goes to the customers who let their kids do whatever and even the«adult» customers who just won’t flush or flush things that shouldn’t be flushed thus causing overflow – honestly the cleaning people can only do so much. There are like 4 – 6 registers in a department, but usually there are only 2 – 3 cashiers so the lines tend to be horrendous.
