Who would of thunk it? At 60 my dentist of 10 years recommended I get braces before she completed work for partial dentures. I thought I was too old. Dr. Scantlebury proved me wrong. After 2 years of wearing braces, my teeth are perfect, which they never were before. I was pleased with the office’s level of professionalism, the clarity of the plan of care and obviously, with the final results.
I recommend Dr. Scantlebury to anyone who compliments me on my new smile.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, it’s not a PERCEPTION as I personally experienced it in your practice. During my treatment plan, I also witnessed every member of your staff using the same re-​gloving technique. It is clear that this is common practice and is not in accordance with standard infection control guidelines which prohibit re-​gloving with used gloves. This is an ideal opportunity for you to audit your office’s practice to ensure you as well as your staff are following OSHA standards.

Shocking. Beware of high pressure tactics to get you to commit to an expensive treatment plan before you’ve even had time to process. Our 5 minutes ‘consultation’ consisted of the doctor urging us to start an aggressive intervention for a minor problem. There was no thought, just reflex, and a quick meeting with the clerk to discuss payment. So glad we walked out and got 2 additional opinions, both clearly refuting Scantlebury (and a whole lot more reasonable) Do your research!!! Can’t believe anyone sticks with her. Wish could give zero stars.
