Despite the skyrocketing rents and obscene proliferation of luxury condos in my neighborhood, it’s riddled with overpriced ruins overrun with vermin like the one I live in. I got the name of Say No More through a friend who reported that, while not the cheapest, they were the only ones who’d permanently solved her own persistent mouse issue. They sealed every crack and hole, of which, they said, there were more than they’d ever seen in one apartment, and even dealt with my drunkenly obstreperous landlord without losing their tempers. They were total pros: courteous, punctual, friendly, great about returning calls. Service comes with a 6-​month warranty. I did see a few more bugs a week later, and they came back instantly and re-​sprayed, promising to return again if I needed them.
