I sent in my check for a funeral rosary that was to have the live flowers replaced with silk ones for a customer. I had a tracking number from the USPS and sent this 11÷21÷14 with a delivery on 11÷24÷14. The form stated that it would take up to 8 weeks. For the last two weeks, I have called and left messages, spoke with employees to no avail. The have repeatedly gave me the run around until I finally yelled at them. I had to give them a CC number and they said they would send it out tomorrow. Horrible company to deal with! It’s one thing that perhaps the post office lost the check and form; it’s another to constantly get told that Royal Imports will call me back only to NEVER call me! Customer service really is horrible.
