We had our basement renovated. It was originally a dirt floor mess of a basement. He did the job in less than two weeks. It involved demolishing the old floor and putting four inches of concrete. His men worked all the time 9−5pm and never missed a day. Rosul did what we asked and above and beyond and worked extra at the end. He put in a beautiful metal stair case. He poured concrete around our boiler with no extra charge. Highly recommend!

This contractor worked on a bathroom. The contractor rushed the job and basically ruined big parts (window and floor) of the job. He was difficult to work with, and I would not recommend this contractor to anyone
Issues follow:
Shower doors: Water leaks onto the bathroom floor. They did not put silicone underneath the frame of the shower door when they attached the frame to the bathtub. After begrudgingly coming back to fix this, he put silicone on half of the outside of the frame and pretended to put silicone on the back length of the tub. I noticed that he hadn’t done the entire length the next day. Water still leaks onto the bathroom floor.
Paint job: You can see white spots/​areas on both the walls and the baseboard. The door was also only painted with one coat of paint, so it looks dirty and streaked. He mentioned that he could paint three bathrooms with one can of paint.
Walls: You can also see nicks and indents in the drywall.
Window: The window is extremely difficult to open or close. This could not be corrected, although they tried. The window was put in too tightly and unevenly (once it is open halfway, it slides more easily. Getting it to open halfway takes a very strong person, making lots of effort. None of the women in the home can open the window, only the men with effort. That’s not how a window should work.).
Floor: To top it all off, the floor is not level. You can see it and feel it when you walk on it.
This contractor will not stand by his work. He stated that If any other fixes were needed, he would charge to do them. That says it all.

Had Mr. Rosul bid a crazy job in my sons house and chose him to do the work over quite a few others. His estimate was clear and comprehensive which helped. He started on time and worked throughout to complete the job within the timeframe given. He really tries to please his customers. His crew is quiet polite and neat. They always cleaned up at the end of each day.
The job which encompassed both intereior and exterior work is great. The stucco done on the outside has received many compliments from neighbors walking by. I would recommend him to everyone.
