RoSal Limousines

I found RoSal on Unilocal and took a chance booking them for my 6÷4÷16 wedding. I am SO HAPPY that I did! I have lived in Bayridge all my life and I, nor any of my friends, ever heard of the company. I decided to go with RoSal after meeting with the owner, Sal, who offered us a deal we couldn’t refuse for the SAME limousines offered at two very popular local limousine companies. Our limousines were brand new and we went with an antique Roadster which was well maintained and photographed beautifully. The drivers arrived early and were professional and courteous. I rarely write Unilocal reviews but felt that RoSal deserved one! Worth a trip to Bensonhurst/​Gravesend for great service at an unbeatable price!

Used Sal’s limo service to pick us up at the courthouse where we had our civil ceremony. We just made it a small family affair in advance of a bigger wedding celebration down the line, so we could all fit in a ten person limo. However even if it would’ve been a very large group I would feel comfortable going with Sal and renting multiple vehicles. Sal was very responsive and delivered on every assurance he gave. The vehicle was new, the driver was very friendly, and the service was on time. He was also able to work with us given we were interested in a one way rental, which other companies were not able to do. I like working with Sal because he provides a personal touch, which competitors cannot compete with. I wish Sal the best of luck going forward and hope to need to work with him again in the future.

From the moment I called this place, throughout our events and up to being dropped off at the end of the night, the service, courtesy, care and quality were meticulous! (And I’m very detail and quality oriented and don’t pull any punches with writing negative reviews if I have to).
I called and spoke to Sal, the owner, who was very honest with me, told all costs upfront, was genuine in hearing out my needs and actually down sold me on a less expensive but a much better fit car for me. He recommended the Chrysler 300, which is a brand new 2015 car with ostrich leather inside. I must say, I was concerned about this as my experience with Chrysler 300 from a previous limo company was horrible. The car was dirty, broken down and barely holding the road, each bump was jarring. I took Sal’s word for it and gave it a shot that this new limo is top notch, and I must say, totally blown away by the quality, cleanliness and features of this limo. Great suspension (we even forgot we’re driving in a pot hole filled city, it dampened the ride very well), clean and new car smell inside, Sal put complimentary Happy Birthday signs, Champagne and balloons inside! Sound system has great with clean and deep bass, and clean highs. Multimedia center is intuitive and easy to use (bluetooth song streaming straight from phone, CD, MP3, DVD, Laser Lights, etc.).
Dave, the chauffeur was very elegant, classy, professional, and drove very well. Did not interrupt our trip a single time with any questions, had itinerary and never got lost, made all 4 stops perfectly and on time. One of the best limo chauffeurs I’ve ever had and I highly recommend him and this company to anyone who wants truly great service!

I had a 4 hour layover at LGA, and I wanted to take my two nieces to see a little bit of NY while we waited for our next flight. I selected RoSal based on the most reviews and the highest rating. They did not disappoint. My youngest nieces name is Brooklyn so I wanted her to see the Brooklyn Bridge… Ralph got us there, and recommended «Brooklyn’s Ice Cream Factory» which was just under the bridge and had a great view in the pier of NYC which made for a great picture… And the ice cream was great! We didn’t have much time and he helped us see all of the sites we had in our wish list! Will use RoSal again! Thank you Ralph!

I cannot recommend this company enough. It was easy to book the limo. They are very accommodating to all requests and no charge for extra pick ups/​stops. we had a blast! Plus, Sal (the owner) offered upgrade for no extra charge. Oh and since it was birthday, they put «happy birthday» banner and balloons. Nice extra touch. Amazing! Great easy service. Definitely will use again.

I used Rosal limos for my boyfriends 30^th bday and we had an absolutely amazing time, and the majority of that was because of the superior service of Rosal limos.
From start to finish, amazing customer service. Even making the reservations was fast and easy, and I spoke to the most lovely man over the phone :)
Then Robert, our even more awesome driver, was a delight. He was patient with us (me more specifically running late getting ready) he knew the limo was a surprise and played along when my boyfriend came outside. And when we hit traffic, he took it upon himself to call the restaurant and let them know! He was perfection. The inside of the limo was amazing, stocked with liquor and champagne, it’s enough to say that we got plastered.
All in all, the best experience I could of hoped for, please please please use them for your special event!

Thought we would have had a great experience with this company but sadly Sal and his wife (I think it’s his wife) aren’t honorable and trustworthy people. I called on 9÷8÷14 to get a quote for our wedding and he got me the info for his Escalade and Chrysler; I informed him I would call back the next day to put a deposit down. I called on the 9^th and I left a voice-​mail asking him to call me back; which didn’t happen. I called back on the 10^th and spoke to a women (wife) and she said that Sal ran out and would call me back that night (didn’t happen again) and that she would make sure to hold the 2 limo’s for the date I requested. I got a phone call from Sal on the 11^th at 9pm but went unanswered because I was asleep. I returned the call today and finally got a hold of Sal and he tells me that the Limo’s were booked. I commended him on the way he runs his business and hung up. Why is it so hard to find a decent Limo service in NYC? So sad. If you want to do business with this Company be sure to leave your money prior to receiving a quote. My advice is to stay away, but that’s none of my business!

Renting a Limo in NYC can be cause quite a bit of anxiety. There are many companies out there that are not customer focused. However, RoSal is exactly what we needed. We had a special NYC Night on the Town planned and RoSal took care of us in style. The car was immaculate. The driver was polite, punctual and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy… AND the rate was very fair. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Best limo service to date! Our driver Robert was very professional, patient, and accommodating. He arrived at our pick up location on time. Ro Sal Limousines upgraded our limo in size and class free of charge! This was not discussed prior to the event. This was very generous and nice on their part! I would highly recommend Ro Sal Limos to anyone looking for a limo/​car service.

The best limo experience I have ever had. From the moment I was in contact with Sal, I knew exactly what to expect. And then he delivered. The experience exceeded my expectations. The limo was beautiful. Stocked with balloons, and a banner, and beverages. Sal turned out to be the driver and he was an absolute pleasure. I felt like he was along for the ride with us! I decided to use RoSal after speaking to a few limo companies. I was planning a surprise birthday night on the town for a special friend. Sal was very nice on the phone and took his time explaining everything to me. I took the birthday package which includes balloons, a banner, and Champagne. There was also other complimentary liquor stocked in the limo. I chose the Expedition for me and my 10 guests. The car was big and spacious and had a smooth ride. There were lights in the ceiling, 3 or 4 TV’s and a Stereo with CD and DVD. The only thing that wasn’t available was the iPod hookup which was a little disappointing but not a huge deal. RoSal had the best rates by far. Sal called me the next day to see if I was satisfied and I was. I used them a few days later for a sedan to take us to a Broadway play. Once again Sal gave us a great rate and a beautiful Suburban picked us up for the trip. I would highly recommend RoSal limos. I can’t see myself using anyone else in the future.

They sent me a quote on my request and once I called they stated it was no longer available. What a surprise they had the same package but with a much higher rate, this place is a scam.
If it’s too good to be true then it’s not.

the best! the best service, the best prices, the best limos and the best drivers! You wont find another place that will even come close. We used them for a trip down to AC and the ride was fantastic. They had the best prices around. I will be using them again for my next party.

BEST damn limousine company ever. i have used rosal twice now and they are amazing. they have the best drivers, very friendly, safe and knowledgable and the owner of the company, SAL is just a true pleasure to deal with. if you want a limo company that goes the extra mile and pays attention to detail, then ROSAL LIMOUSINES is the best, and Charlie is the sweetest friendliest driver i have ever met. thanks SAL for operating such a great service. you guys rock.

I loved our experiences with RoSal!!! My husband planned 2 very special events for me as part of my birthday gift. The first even went as scheduled but the 2^nd event had to be rescheduled due to the passing of my father. We expected to lose out on the money (we pre-​paid) and we would have completely understood since we gave them less than a days notice, on Christmas Eve. Instead, RoSal was so kind and was very accommodating. They allowed us to reschedule their service for another date even though they were under no obligation to do so.
Their limos are clean, stocked for drinks, smooth, and very quiet. It was easy to forget we were in the city with such a quiet, easy ride. When I say «quiet», I mean their cars almost eliminate all outside sound, which is no easy task when driving through Manhattan. Charlie was our driver. He anticipated our every need. He was gracious, thoughtful, and safe despite the icy conditions he had to work with. If I ever have the need for a limo in the future, RoSal is definitely who I will call, and Charlie is definitely the driver I would request again!!!

If there was an option to choose 10 stars, I would. Rosal Limousine was more than phenomenal to me and our group of friends for my boyfriend’s 30^th birthday. The customer service from Sal himself, was superb, easy and quick. Setting the reservation up was easy and efficient and he sent me a confirmation email with contract within a half an hour of our conversation. Our driver Shane, was polite, communicative and most importantly ON TIME, if not early! He was patient and the whole experience was lovely. I will for sure be using Rosal again. Oh, and the limousine itself was high end, clean and they even put two bottles of champagne, a happy birthday banner and balloons in addition!!! When there is other competition out there, this is the perfect way to make yourself stand out of the crowd. Thank you Rosal!!! I will be using you in the future always!!!
