Great experience for our wedding! The classic 55 rolls Royce was beautiful for the pictures and had AC. The stretch escalade was also great. Both drivers were funny, excellent, gave a great value, reliable, and popped champagne for us. Thank you so much!

Great limo services! We booked this limo service for my bachelorette party we had 12 ladies it was amazing! We felt secure, our driver Michael «Mike» was extremely helpful and willing to provide us with anything we needed. We booked for 5÷2÷15! The limo was clean and spacious I will definitely be booking with Romantique again and spreading the word to my friends and family! Fabulous prices and great service!

Bottom line: If your having a wedding ask for Sal to be the driver.
Heres why Sal is the best:
1. He was a life saver on the day of my wedding. First, i forgot the bouquet in my apartment and locked my self out of my apartment. While i waited in the limo frantically calling my landlord to get the spare key Sal was waiting in the hallway of my building for the landlord. The landlord let him in he grabbed my bouquet and my keys for me, locked up and saved the day.
2.Then he made sure he was holding the umbrella over me the whole day cause it was pouring rain heavy. Made sure i stayed dry the whole time.
3. I had a cathedral length veil with my dress. Sal made sure to carry it under the umbrella and help me inside the church to make sure it was all sitting right.
4. When he picked up the groom, they had nothing but nice things to say about Sal
Fair price for what i needed, and the limos were clean and fresh. The shuttle at the end of the night was great. They made sure the bride and groom were there before they left. Great bunch of guys working here.

We used this service for our daughter’s wedding & while the cars were beautiful, the service and professionalism of the drivers left a lot to be desired, it is true they are
«tough nosed Brooklynites» and they look more like cab drivers, than limo drivers for a formal wedding on the Upper East side of Manhattan; their demeanor & familiarity
left a lot to be desired… in addition they claimed «overtime“in the picture shooting after the wedding ceremony and asked the bride & groom for a $ 100.00 in cash
to be paid on the spot?
It could have been a lot nicer if they had been a bit more refined & courteous
to the parents of the bride (who were paying the bill!)

We came to the Bay Ridge location on a Sunday afternoon to do some limo research for our May wedding. Although some of the limos and SUVs were out on the road, we wanted to actually sit down in some of the other models to see if it would fit our needs, and to discuss pricing.
The staff was very helpful and did not push other models if we weren’t asking. We ended up selecting the size, color, and model we wanted and left a non-​refundable deposit.
Rolls Royce, Lexus, Cadillac — make sure to ask about their packages. Also, just by asking, I scored a free aisle runner for the church!
Very accommodating, and looking forward to confirming all the times, drop off and pick ups for the day of the wedding early next year!

My husband and I were married in May of 2013. We decided to rent our limos from this company because we heard such wonderful things. We were not disappointed! Our drivers Guy, Jimmy, and Eddie were friendly on time and professional! They made me feel very calm and happy on this the most important day of my life. They treated me and my husband with respect and made us very comfortable. Like we were family! When asked for a limo company I only recommend Romantique ! In our eyes they are the best! Can’t wait to use them again

I used this limo company for my wedding and although they did their job, the level of professionalism was not up to par.
When the limo arrived to my house, he was early which is fine, except instead of ringing the bell once and/​or calling me, he decided to ring the bell incessantly for about 10 minutes. I live in a co-​op building, not a private house, so with photographers and an entire bridal party, it was difficult for me to run downstairs. My husband, sister, and mother tried answering him on the intercom and calling his cell phone but he didn’t answer. Instead he continued to ring the bell while I was taking my wedding photos in our apartment. I would also love to know why the limo driver was asking me if I wanted a runner right before I was about to walk down the aisle. Really? No, how about I walk on the slippery church floor. Why weren’t they prepared when I confirmed this numerous times? I wish I could say that was the worst part but then our limo driver decided to complain about his life to us. Um, I don’t think anyone wants to hear all about you right after they get married, this isn’t a cab ride.
I also want to mention the Staten Island office is horrible. The salesman there only tried to pressure my husband and I into renting the most expensive limos so we went to the Brooklyn office instead.
While they did the basics, i.e. driving safely, getting us to our destination, etc., considering the prices we paid, I expected something better than the basic service, perhaps drivers who are a little more polished.

I had a good experience with this company. They arrived on time and picked up myself and the wedding party promptly. The driver was professional and well dressed and everything went smoothly. He saw there was some dirt on the ground and pulled the part bus forward so I wouldn’t get anything on my dress and was attentive in general.

Used them again recently for a trip to AC.
Once again everything went well.

These people were wonderful! Our wedding was October 5^th, and I can’t say enough good things about their drivers and staff. Bobby especially was amazing!!! These drivers go above and beyond to make your day special. The day wouldn’t have gone as well without them.

I had a fabulous experience with Romantique. They made a amazing day seemless. I used Romantique for my wedding. From the very beginning I knew that everything would go smoothly. I met with Donna first and laid everything out about the day. There was no stone unturned. I knew exactly what to expect on all fronts and in all regards.
On the day of my wedding the drivers were great. They were professional and on point. At the end of the night I even invited my driver for the mine bus home for some dessert and cigars while he waited for the affair to finish. All the divers were super friendly. The entire night went off without a hitch especially due to Romantique. I highly recommend!

The drivers at Romantique are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. We booked a limo for our wedding well in advance and went over all the details prior to the wedding. We only booked one limo and they were picking up all the guys and bring them to the ceremony and then coming back for the girls. I paid in advance with the required tip included and everything was supposed to have been sorted out prior to the wedding day.
First, the driver NEVER called to tell me he was at my hotel to pick me up. 45 minutes after they were supposed to be there, I finally called and asked where they were. My husband text me an hour before telling me he was already there so I should have been picked up soon. I’m told the driver had been waiting for me. How am I supposed to know he’s there while in a hotel room if he doesn’t call???
I’m then told the next day that since the driver when through the Battery tunnel he needed an additional $ 11 and proceed to ask all of my groomsmen when dropping them off for the money. One even gave it to him! If he desperately needed this money, why was I not told when I payed a week in advance? Was it necessary to harass my bridal party for money on my wedding day? How unprofessional and rude to ask my guests to pay when it wasn’t even necessary. there are free bridges! Please go somewhere else for a limo.

We went to the Staten Island office (at 2041 Hylan Blvd.) and dealt with the Manager there. He basically reminded me of a used car salesman pushing limos off on people.
A few months later I called to make an appointment in mid-​April because I was going to be in Staten Island (we live in Manhattan) to go over specific details/​times etc. after I made the appointment with the secretary I got a call from the manager asking WHY I was coming in. I explained the situation and he immediately told me that they «don’t EVER do that, because brides are always changing their minds/​the weather/​etc. etc. he would only talk to me the week before the wedding.» Immediately that turned me off. Don’t tell me what I’m going to do, I’m paying you to do us a service.
So we went in a few days later and I won’t get into specifics but the Manager and my fiancée (now husband) got into a screaming match (essentially I asked to change one of the cars, he told me I was giving him an attitude, my husband got defensive) eventually the Manager walking out because he was too upset to work. Eventually he took one of the cars off and listened to what I had to say but it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I never heard from them the week before the wedding and just hoped for the best. The day of the wedding I was nervous the limos wouldn’t even show up. They did show up on time and were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I found out later that one driver refused to let my new 10 year old niece into the family limo because he didn’t want her in the car without her parents (even though her grandparents were in the car). He yelled at her to go with her parents in the van we had rented. She is very shy to begin with so she didn’t answer back and just ran away.
Anyway, between the Manager being the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with and the Limo driver being rude to one of my guests I wish I could give negative stars. The only thing I can say they were nice about was letting us cancel a car– but I’m sure they were able to rent it right back out again. The value was good too, but I would have rather paid more for better service.

I tried to book Romantique for my wedding. I was getting married on a Thursday in the day and wanted to book a party bus. I doubt they are very busy usually during that time, so you would think they would be eager to book a job for that time. Think again. I called a few weeks prior to my wedding and discussed options and pricing with them. I wanted to come in to see the bus and sign contracts. I called them every day for a few weeks and they kept telling me to call back tomorrow because the bus was unavailable. Finally, a week from the wedding I realized that I should not have to chase down a vendor. I called another limo company, they were more than happy to show me the bus and I signed them on the spot. Romantique has very poor customer service skills and I would never try to use them again.

I used this limousine service for my wedding and my wife’s 25^th birthday party a few years ago.
They are tough-​nosed Brooklynites so if you are not from around here originally don’t be offended by their demeanor, they are really nice!
They have 1950’s black or white Caddy’s for weddings, basic limos, high quality 18-​passenger limos and huge party busses that fit over 35 people for parties.
I just recently brought them a thank you card from the wedding because they wanted to put it up on their wall in the office with the rest of their clients.
Prices are high but competitive with other places in the area, the gentleman i had in the past Nick just retired but there are plenty of others who you can trust for your special night.
