First, let me say I’m picky about the food I eat; I will go out of my way to acquire the best, and freshest ingredients from multiple vendors. Second, I have a restiricted diet due to medical issues. Luckily, I can get my «hero habit fix» right here at the Garden Deli. The prices are more than reasonable. Everything is freshly prepared while you wait. While you’re waiting, say «hi» to Al & Leo. The coldcuts are sliced extremely thin, and piled high; the mark of a true deli sandwich. Even at 10:00PM the hero was crisp on the outside, wonderfully soft in the middle. You won’t find dried scorched lettuce, or tasteless soggy tomatoes here. The lettuce is crisp, cool and freshly shredded; the tomatoes firm and tangy. Philly cheese steak lover?
