Yenisey Rodriguez-​McCloskey is an accomplished business attorney specializing in resolving complex matters. She utilizes her expertise in troubleshooting litigation problems to assist in the negotiation and resolution of business transactions.



Ms. Rodriguez-​McCloskey has more than fourteen years of progressive experience handling a wide variety of commercial matters, including business breakups, securities lawsuits partnership and real estate disputes in State and Federal courts. In addition, she has been lead counsel in arbitrations proceedings nationwide before the American Arbitration Association («AAA»), Financial Industry Regulation Authority («FINRA») and JAMS. She has extensive hands-​on experience in business development and management. Further, she has been the trusted point person for client communications on many high-​level cases.
