History

Established in 1981.

Robert L. Howe has been practicing law in Bay Ridge for 30 years.

He has also served as an Administrative Law Judge for PVB, TLC, Transit Adjudications, as well as an arbitrator in Civil Court. He previously served as Counsel to the Minority Leader of the New York City Council, as well as the Southwest Brooklyn Industrial Development Corporation.
