History

Established in 1994.

The owners of RnB Enterprises LLC have been associated with real estate management and contruction for the past 21 years. Billie has always had an eye for interior design and she has taken several courses over the years to further hone her skills. Ray has a background in architecture and design having studied it in high school and in college. He got his start in 1989 with his father’s company and became the operations manager presiding over the construction and management of several multi-​family dwellings located in Brooklyn, New York.

RnB was founded in May of 1994 and did not become fully operational until Jan 1998. Since then the company has successfully managed 16 and 27 unit apartment buildings, plus has completed many home renovation projects in the tri-​state area.
