Rent-A-Center

This review is about the extremely rude attitude of some of the employees that work at this store. There seems to be a very loud party going on at this place a lot of the time, both during opening hours and after closing time. My husband and I have complained multiple times. We have attempted to alleviate the situation through calling the store, to no avail. Some of the people who work here are so inconsiderate and rude, it’s incredible that they are able to maintain their jobs at this store. Reaching out to regional managers for Rent-​a-​Center about this problem has also been completely pointless. This company really needs to do somethig about its work-​ethic. There can’t be much work going on when I can hear the music blasting all day today, as well as yesterday afternoon, into the evening, after closing-​time.

In desperation to replace our broken washer and not having $ 600 for a new one we opted to give rent a center a try. BIG MISTAKE. Jessica in the 5^th ave store was pleasant enough so off to a good start. Antonio was the complete opposite. Ghetto-​fabulous as they come, how he is employed is a mystery when good people are beging for work.
Any inquiries to Antonio was met with attitude, of course you already had a sale. Called earlier in the day to reconfirm delivery and asked Antonio was there anything we needed to do for the installion his response was were retail and not plummers and hung up. Delivery and we thought install was between 4−6pm. Showed up at 7pm only after calling them to ask where they where? upon delivery 2 genntleman showed up a nice gentleman named Alex and another nameless who just wanted to drop off the machine and not explain anything nor bringing the proper hoses I called the store to explain the horrible delivery as a gesture of good will they said they would replace the used washng machine insisting THEY promised before 6pm.
So let the buyer er renter beware
