I walk in here and instantly relax — the people are SO competent, SO fast, and SO friendly. Mirror image opposite of a mass chain copy store hellhole. Twice I’ve walked in while freaking out about a deadline and completely overwhelmed from dreadful experiences with self serve mass chain hellholes, thrown some papers on the counter, and walked out 10 minutes later, breathing again and toting beautiful stacks of bound and stapled papers. Sure the mass hellholes are ubiquitous, but the stress will suck days off your life and this place is AWESOME.

If you need business cards same day, this is the place to go. The prices are on market. You will get the same price list as
. (around $ 40 if you want 50 cards printed that same day). My layout was very simple and emailed them the template, which they reproduced very well.
The establishment is very well known by local businesses and the staff of the court across the street goes here to get served. Remsen even scans and attaches cans to your email and send the email for you. I saw a baby boomer lady who didn’t know how to attach files to an email she needed to send, and the employees at Remsen did it for her in two minutes. I’m very happy to have found this place. They also sell film rolls for old school film cameras and restore old photos.
They are very very busy inside, but they get things done.

I received excellent service today at Remsen Graphics, motivating me to write this post. I needed to print various items for my upcoming wedding and Remsen Graphics exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to provide me with same-​day printing, but they offered options and recommendations to make sure I got what I wanted, despite me being printing illiterate. Will certainly return for my printing needs and urge others to do so as well.

and there was an undertone of annoyance when requesting pricing

They’re so nice here! The guy worked with me to make sure my prints turned out exactly how I like it and was really nice about it even when I needed to reprint one or two of them. I’m happy with the way my prints turned out and will be coming back here for any other things I need printed in the future.

I’m so happy I stopped in to Remsen Graphics! After an aggravating visit to the FedEx one block away, I remembered Remsen Graphics and thought to bring my print job to them. Thank God! The two attendants were very friendly… like, wow, someone is happy to provide good service! They stepped in to help right away, and even offered to show me samples of my print job before starting. No fireworks, just good customer service. I took off one star because they werent able to get smudge marks off my copies that werent on the original. They blamed it on the original, but i know that kind of finesse just comes from knowing your machines better. Still, the overall experience was great. I’m happy to bypass FedEx altogether from now on & make this place my go to print shop!

Remsen Graphics is a little pricier than Staples and Kinko’s, but it’s because you are getting top quality prints! I am not rich, but when you want good quality prints, you gotta pay for it, and it’s so worth it every single time.
I go to school nearby, and I’ve been to this place since freshman year. The employees are super friendly and helpful, and they value their customers.
One time, I had to reprint the same file within an hour because I had to lighten the image. The guy gave me the second prints for free which is extremely generous of them.
Definitely will come back here over and over again.

The service is exceedingly friendly and prompt. If they can they’ll complete your order right on the spot. They don’t just execute your order but go the extra mile to make sure that what they give you will really meet your needs. This is the place to go for binding!

Needed some black and white printing — you simply email your files to their email address, and everything is waiting for you the second you arrive! The pricing is reasonable at 10c per sheet, and the customer service is excellent

In all my years in college, I never once had to get something printed, especially ASAP, until today. I was absolutely thrilled to know I didn’t need a flash drive to give them my work. I was able to email it to them directly from the dropbox app on my phone. Luckily I had a PNG and PDF file since they preferred PDF for printing. The print result was beautiful and perfect and I happily gave my 2.50 for an 11×17 print. They did it right away too. I wasn’t there more than 20 min and most of it was me trying to get service on my phone to access my email/​dropbox.
Service was fantastic and reminded me of the old school mom and pop shops I used to go to for my art needs. Both guys I spoke to were very helpful and patient. I may consider having my print portfolio done by them when the time comes.

This place is awesome! I went to the sad Fed Ex around the corner to print something in color and it came out horrible. I then remembered Remsen and went to them. The place was crowded but I was seen in like 1 minute and received my copies in 1 minute and they came out beautiful! Their price was actually cheaper than Fed Ex. I just have to make sure that I remember their hours.

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality service and finished product. I dropped off a frame and wanted a few of my daughter’s pictures to be added, all on one sheet of paper. They took over 2 weeks to finish the job, when I called they said they had forgotten. I was charged $ 50 for the job which was less than impressive. If you wanted to print some school papers or something that doesn’t require too much digital work, go here, if not, stay far away.

Went today to print a couple portfolios, they have EVERY type of printing service possible. seriously. copies, color, large print, photos, posters, business cards, this place is small but packs a printing punch! They guys that work there are also very helpful and were super accommodating to my demanding portfolio needs. I would have given this review a «4.5» only because the price is not the best, but you get what you pay for. excellent service and quality.

This is simply the BEST copy shop in NYC. Ever. If you need a top quality job done at lightning speed, with no errors, with super courteous service, this is your place. This place leaves Kinko’s in the dust, especially the one on Court Street, which is completely dysfunctional.
I’ve been using Remsen for over 20 years to produce my briefs. They service the downtown legal community– they know exactly what attorneys & other professionals need, & their work is fantastic. Their machines are top-​notch. Their fax services, color copying, passport photos, & other work are also phenomenal.
The true test of whether a place is good is how long their employees are there. Remsen has had many of its people for over 15 years. The owners, Frank & Greg are personable, great guys. I love this place so much I bring them home made pies for x-​mas.

Five stars, especially when compared to the awfulness of the Kinkos that is around the corner. They are almost always nice and apply what I think to be old-​fashioned customer service. Prices sometimes seem variable, but not exorbitant in any way.

This is a production shop — good, prompt service. But if you’re looking for very fine, graphic/​book binding work, I would not recommend it. They’re geared much more for quick turnaround, high volume production than fine tuned craft. For those not in the latter category, see the above 5 star reviews.

This little shop around the corner from Kinko’s in Brooklyn Heights ROCKS. I went to Kinko’s first, but the one person working the machines couldn’t get to my 14 pages until the next day. So, by recommendation, I went to Remsen Graphics. They showed me onscreen what my project would look like, printed a sample and trimmed it. Then proceeded to print and trim the rest. All in one 20 minute visit. They are personable and helpful. I highly recommend them. Plus, they have 35 mm photo printing and passport photos.
