Simply put, we help people find places to live. It may sound easy, but as we all know, it’s not. We believe finding a home shouldn’t be the most stressful thing you do this year. We have great relationships with landlords, sellers, and the wider brokerage community, and work overtime to find the best place for each client. Our agents are happy to work with first-​time buyers, people with troubled credit histories, owners of enormous dogs. We’re not snobs, and we’re not creepy.

We’re obsessed with Brooklyn. Not just its real estate, but its restaurants, parks, galleries, neighborhoods and traditions as well. We believe it’s the greatest place to live, to create, and grow. Realty Collective is made up of agents who live in a variety of Brooklyn neighborhoods — we share that insider knowledge with each other and with our clients.

History

Established in 2005.

Realty Collective was founded in 2005 by brokers who believed that the Brooklyn real estate experience could be better for everyone. We hired dedicated professionals — who also have rich creative lives outside of their real estate careers — people you might actually enjoy spending time with. Our network of agents includes designers, artists, dancers, producers, photographers, musicians, filmmakers, and writers. These are people who understand that a home is more than just square footage — it is a place to create the environment that reflects and supports who you are.
