My co-​op used R&S Mechanical when it replaced the cooling tower for the central air conditioning system in a 40+ unit building. Rick Traba is wonderful to work with, very courteous and also very knowledgeable. I had him look at an HVAC concern on a new home I was purchasing, and he knew right away what to do and provided me with thorough follow up. I believe he does more large-​scale commercial work, but I would definitely use him again for my brownstone’s HVAC needs.
