Frustratingly, the two years that I had Alexander prepare my taxes, I was assessed nearly $ 1,000 in unpaid state taxes (for each year). It’s possible it was an error on my part, but it has never happened before (even when I used Turbotax) and hasn’t happened since. If you choose to use this location, I would make sure that all of your documents are in order, and be sure to double check every line before filing.

‘Very bad customer service. I normally use H&R block but thought something new would be good. It was horrible experience. Think ill just go back to H&R.
