My tenants saw a mouse in the house so we called a couple of places including Quick Solution. Jerusalem from Quick Solution got back to us quickly. They showed up in a few hours and took care of the job. Jerusalem and his team did an amazing job patching holes, putting traps down, etc. They completed the job months ago and we have not seen any rodents since. It was well worth the price.

Abraham is a trained etymologist as well as contractor. He and his son Valance are extremely prompt, courteous, and thorough. We had a rat problem that he solved with two visits on successive days. Their crew cleaned up all patching work they did. Great work. I cannot recommend more highly.

Called several exterminators to address a mice issue but none had appointments for weeks. However, Jerusalem at Quick Solution responded right away and even came out the same day! That, in and of itself, goes a long way. He and his team did a thorough inspection and came back shortly thereafter to exterminate as well as plug the apartment. Nice guy, professional, and will come back to check up if needed (we had mice trapped in the apartment after he plugged the holes and he came back to set more traps). More importantly, the problem seems to be addressed!

After many sleepless nights of hearing mice in my ceiling I called quick solution around 6:30am on a Sunday. Jerusalem came over later in the day. He must have investigated my place, inside and outside for about 2hrs. He was very thorough and courteous. He eliminated my rodent issues very quickly. I previously called Terminix which did nothing at all, even said I had no rodents, which was far from the truth. I will only call quick solution for now. I highly recommend this company. Not only do they eliminate the issue, you will not get a better price anywhere else.

These guys are amazing. Quick, thorough, and affordable. We had a mouse in our apartment, and they were there quickly, assessed the problem (some holes in the wall behind the oven), and resolved. I had a small scare (which turned out to be nothing) over a year after their first visit, and they came back to my apartment, at no charge, wishing 24 hours of contacting them. I’d recommend, and would use again

This business is a complete joke. After scheduling an estimate for our 3-​bedroom apartment for an ongoing rodent problem for a 5 to 7pm window, they called at 7pm to let us know they are running late, and arrived close to 7:30−8pm. They arrived with their entire family. I mean what kind of business brings their wife and two kids with them to do an estimate for a rodent problem? He proceeded to inspect every room with his family following him into every room. How insane? Leave them in the car. They proceeded to quote us a ridiculous price of $ 1000 +400, +$ 350 after taking random notes on a paper, not even a checklist or something more legitimate, for a total of $ 1800. We paid $ 125 for an estimate and assumed because we live on the upper east side, that we are rich. They even tried to charge over $ 125 for tax but they are kidding themselves. Beyond that, we were completely taken off guard that his entire family was with him. He gave us very limited information regarding the issue and even went into our garbage to tell us we have candy wrappers in there. Yeah, it’s a garbage. Please save your time and money to get a more professional and trustworthy business. I cannot speak to their actual services because I’m clearly not moving forward with them but I don’t really want to find out.

After I noticed a rodent issue developing in my home I was beyond relieved when we was able to have an exterminator agree to a consultation beyond «normal business hours». The technicians arrived and began to identify and formulate a solution to the issue. Previously using another exterminating service I was initially skeptical but the professionalism that the techs had removed any doubt. Needless to say the service was nothing short of 100%. About 2 months has passed since the service was completed and I have not one complaint. Thanks Quick Solutions!!!

AMAZING! I am terrified of mice. I called Jerusalem and he came to inspect the apartment and got started right away. Him and his team sealed everything and thoroughly looked around for feces. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny for a year. The mouse died and Jerusalem came right away to get rid of it. Hopefully I never see those creatures again. Go to person for any pest control problem definitely for mice. Plus they work 24 hours, can’t get any better than that.

I reached out to Quick Solution due to an ongoing mice infestation I had in my apartment that seemed to come out of nowhere during the weekend. After not getting any movement from my landlord and seeing two mice at midnight, I called these guys. After telling them of the issue they informed me that they would be at my apartment between 1−3am. They arrived at 3am and quickly assessed my apartment including my sleeping son’s room. (quietly I might add). Once they gave me the pricing they got right to work, going in his room first to ensure he would get back to sleep to be ready for school. That was very much appreciated.
They then proceeded to thoroughly fill every hole in the house. They even took my sliding doors off and get in those spaces as well. I am extremely happy about their quality of work. It is a huge weight off my shoulder to not have to worry about mice in my place. They are well worth the money.

This company really does offer a quick AND easy solution to all your pest-​oriented problems. After getting on the phone with them, they sent someone over IMMEDIATELY in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT to do a full treatment! Wow! Removing all bugs + sealing all the cracks in my house + treating the place with eco-​friendly pesticides so all remaining bugs die off. Upon leaving they told me they offer a 1-​year warranty and to call them if anything went wrong…
Sure enough, they made good on that promise, because some of the pests came back! Turns out, there was a problem area (very hard to reach) that wasn’t sealed. They sent someone over right away, and with precision they sealed all the problem areas at no extra charge. I have no doubt in my mind that they would come back a third time if it were necessary. Wonderful company, I would gladly recommend them to you!
Only downside is they are a little pricey, but the service they provide is essentially invaluable if you are afraid of bugs.

For years I had annoying rodent issues… I tried poison an traps which were temporary. I called quick solutions Jerusalem and his team came the same day, thoroughly searched every part of my house to see where the rodents were coming from. He told me where the rodents were coming from and proceeded to take care of the problem. He patched up every hole they were coming from, laid down traps, put eco friendly poison in the walls. He offered a one year warranty… if i see any rodents or find any dead ones they will remove them asap. They’re very professional an efficient they will come to you 24/7.highly recommended!

I hate to say it, but I think these guys are in the business of giving non refundable estimates, not providing services. When I spoke to Jerusalem on the phone I gave him a detailed description of the house and the rooms and etc. He estimated the treatment for mice to be around 600.00. After they inspected the house, I was very surprised to hear that the actual cost of treatment would be well over 3000.00!
I had no choice but to pay them the 125.00 for the on-​site estimate, but they had no good answers for why the treatment would be over 5 times the initial over the phone estimate amount. Since then I’ve had another estimate, and will be having the treatment done for 600.00 by another pest control service. Needless to say, proceed with caution!

they are our life saver. I was the only person getting bites in the house and there was no evidence of bed bugs where we could see. I called for an inspection to other company with a dog and the dog didn’t give us anything. the same night, I found a bedbug on my baby’s crib. I called Quick Solution after midnight, they came the next morning, July 4, at 7:30.
they inspected our bed and found a few bedbugs. they treated the same day, came back for follow up treatment when we asked, and came back again to take apart and out our bed when we decided to throw out. More than week later, they came back again when I thought I got a bite, they didn’t find anything but treated anyway. They are so calm and nice every time we call and come next day with a short notice every time.

I was having a little issue with rodents with my tenants (maybe more than a little) so I called up Quick Solution at 4am and true to their name they answered. It was quite reassuring that if I called in the middle of the night somebody would be there to address whatever problem I had. When he Jerusalem showed up which was a time we set for later that day he was punctual, extremely thorough, and professional. He went through my entire house with a colleague including the basement and looked through every crack and crevasse and gave me a truthful assessment of my rodent and pest problem. He pulled out every refrigerator and went behind every fixture. When he told me how much it costs yes it was more expensive than others but I felt it was well worth the premium especially since he provided a year guarantee on the service. So that provided a certain peace of mind.
When he actually set to fixing the problem he spent about three hours rodent proofing my tenant’s apartment and up to this point I was getting weekly reports of rodent sightings I haven’t seen or heard of any since he left so I feel reassured that I won’t have any problems going forward.

Made an appointment with him on Saturday for that Wednesday. We agreed on a 6 – 630 window. I called at least four times in a two hour timespan and each time he said he was almost here. At one point (around 8:00 pm), he even said he was 5 minutes away and then when I called 15 minutes later he was still five minutes away. I would have been happy to reschedule if he just said he would not make it, but he instead he chose to lie and lose my business. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

These guys are pros.
Saw my first mouse (ever!) a few months ago and called the exterminator that services the building to inspect the apartment. They were friendly and immediately responsive, but couldn’t do much more for me than lay down sticky traps and do some spot-​foaming on a quick walkthrough (20 minutes tops). They were cheap, thankfully, but you get what you pay for: they were like having a friend who’d had mice before stop by to give me some pointers.
Saw mouse no. 2 last week. Was skeptical about calling another service to basically look behind the furniture and hand me a stack of sticky traps with an invoice for services rendered. But they offered a 1-​year service warranty and– like I said up top– these guys are pros. They rolled up their sleeves and got to work right away: sealed up floorboards in the radiator grates, as well as gaps in the various piping/​plumbing systems behind the kitchen appliances, blasted all trace areas with some kind of professional pest vacuum, and laid down some old-​school mouse traps (much less conspicuous and more humane IMHO). All told, they must have put in 3 hours of legit no-​frills labor reinforcing the front lines of our small but sordid battle against mammalian pests.
Yes, it was more expensive than the other guys: $ 700, with some very mild haggling. But I’m convinced it’s money well spent since I can now call on them 24⁄7 to fix any mouse problems that come up in the next year for free.
