I consider myself a computer shrink. I have been at it for over 10 years and worked for Computer Geeks and Rescuecom. My calling is to make my customers happy and get their tech stuff working for them properly. If I can’t make it happen then I will find somebody that can. I see it as my responsibility to treat my customer the same way I would like to be treated and so far it works!
