After a lot of research looking to replace all 21 windows in my Boerum Hill Brooklyn Multi family home. I contacted Prime Glass and spoke with Andre who was very responsive and informative. They showed up same day on time for an estimate and their estimate was better than anyone else. Their lead time was realistic yet faster than everyone else that i have spoken too, and their price was unbeatable and better than all. After getting all the details and seeing excellent response and communication via phone, email and even text. I placed the order with Andre to replace all 21 windows with confidence. keep in mind that I live in Los Angeles so I had to really trust whom I’m dealing with since I was not going to go to NY to get the job done. My super who allowed access to Prime Glass and Andre had nothing but excellent review about their work and manners. My tenants had no complains. The guys were in and out and finished the job on time. They also cleaned up all material and left the place clean. My super and tenants said that the windows looked great and worked perfectly. I finally went back to NY a couple of month later and was able to inspect all windows and I have to say that no one could have done a better job that these guys. Honest. professional and hard working. These guys obviously take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them. I highly doubt you will find a better value and professionalism than these guys. Prime Glass did one amazing job. Not only does the company offer competitive pricing but they also render quality service. The crew came on time and went right to work after a brief explanation. And all my concerns regarding the type of glass and replacement were readily addressed and answered patiently and in detail that lowered the concerns that I had. The work was accomplished very professionally and on a timely manner. I could not have asked for a more proficient service.
