Perfect Sewer

Used them again recently but this time, a guy came over who dressed like he was going to a party or something. He did fix the stoppage but charged me a lot more than the guy who I used back in 2011 at my old place. It appears I had to cover his expenses for his night out and his fancy threads. Won’t be calling them anytime soon…

i had a clogged sink so i called this place. the guy showed up on time, cleaned the drain in 10 mins, and charged a reasonable price. i am a satisfied customer.

i had a drain in the back of our garage where we park our cars that would just backup every time it rained. It was so bad one time that we had to put sandbags against the front of the doors so the water would not flood my son’s room.
I did a little research and got a couple of quotes over the phone, some actually lower than perfect sewer. What made me give them a shot was when a friend of mine said I should have the drain water jetted. When I asked perfect sewer about water jetting, the guy said I should only do that if a professional plumber says it needs to be done otherwise, he recommended just cleaning the drain first. I think any other place would of grabbed my money but not this guy. So I made an appointment.
The two gentleman, Glen and Tom, were a little late but other than that, they did an excellent job in clearing my backed up drain. I mean, what I thought was the back drain turned out to be my sewer line but they were very professional. Tom didn’t want to track any water through my finished basement so he walked around from the common driveway to the front and back every time. Glen found that the contractor that finished our basement did not put the cap back on to our drain so he gave us one he had in the truck (no charge).
When they were finished, they cleaned up, gave me a receipt and a discount. I gave them a GOOD tip and told them to go buy a couple of beers after work on me when Tom said to me «We don’t drink, but God bless you for the tip.» That right there sold my wife who said I was right in calling them.
Just wanted to say thanks to Glen and Tom for your service. I will be recommending you two guys to my friends.
