Business Owner

Pat Stillitano joined the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2007. Prior to joining Wells Fargo he was a mortgage broker for 4 years so has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the mortgage process from, both, a wholesale and retail point of view.

Pat embarked on his career some 20 plus years ago and after obtaining his CPA he spent 5 years as a tax consultant with Deloitte & Touché and Ernst & Young. Eventually he left the public accounting field and was the CEO of a boutique real estate development company where he analyzed new acquisitions, arranged financing and managed a property portfolio of 250,000+ square feet. It was here that he honed his analytical skills and learned the nuts and bolts of financing. He soon realized that he would rather apply this skill to individuals and residential real estate versus big business and commercial real estate. In 2002 he transitioned and began his career on the residential side of the mortgage business
