Before booking, I was warned by several parents that the owners are nasty. However, I decided to check this place out. I, overall, liked the place and at first, did not think the owners were bad. So I decided to go for it.
The party went as planned, nothing more nothing less of what was promised.
However, the owners– mother and daughter are REALLY REALLY UNPLEASANT people. They don’t make you or your children feel welcome and they have an attitude! When it comes to customer service, a smile and nice attitude can go a long way. These people are just there to make money, not to make your celebration memorable. Take your $ 1,500 and spend it where you will feel good.

After looking for a place for a very long time for my little girl’s birthday party, my husband found this great place.
They are very clean, organize and they try to please you as much as they can with every single request. The owner is a little rude and cold but I thing she is trying very hard to be nice. The kids had a great time and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family members.
We do hate the fact that they don’t take credit cards, ONLY CASH!

The place look a disaster, old and worn out. Entertainment did not keep childrens interest for more than 2 – 3 minutes, except for the puppet show, which was OK. One of the owners has major attitude and was not pleasant to any of the guests and/​or their kids. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances.
