This staff includes Board Certified: Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, Orthopedic Surgeon, Neurologist, Physiatrist, etc. Park Avenue Trauma maintains a complete, fully staffed, on-​site physical therapy facility, including professionally licensed Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, all overseen by a Physiatrist, an M.D. board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
