I had to call and email corporate because the manager and employees not only wouldn’t fix my problem, but verbally threatened me and made vulgar comments that can be heard in a boys high school locker room. Messed up my order for the 4th or 5th time in a row, manager blamed driver, driver blamed manager, didn’t apologize or fix problem. Basically stole my money because I payed for more than what I got. Was threatened to be attacked if I went there to get my money back and he also told me to suck his — – , which was really nice of him. When I asked the manager for his name and name of the one who threatened me, he said«I can’t release that information». At first the manager told me that the person who’d threatened me and made the vulgar comment didn’t work there. At this point I was shocked and confused. Someone who doesn’t even work there is answering the phone and telling people to suck his — – !!! He then changed his story and said that he did work there, but was off the clock, which isn’t any better or make any difference. What the hell is going on there? How do these guys have their jobs? I just called to order a pizza and it turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. This happened Wed January 20, around 11:00pm, and was the 1915 Nostrand Ave, BK, NY11226 location. I still don’t have the manager or «employee“‘s names because they refused to give them to me(understandably).

The delivery guy for this restaurant had on the dirtyest Clothes I have ever seen. His pants are beige and you can see all the stains and dirt. I will never get food from here. There’s not even a rating posted on the door. I wonder why. My garbage mans clothing is cleaner than this good handlers!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff here are very unprofessional and ghetto. Especially the cashier. I went to order my pizza here and she was literally eating 2 slices of pizza while dealing with all the customers. She was accepting money, debit and credit cards while the pizza with in the other hand and her mouth was full of pizza. Everyone was eating pizza and back there handling the pizza ingredients. ITWASTERRIBLE !! … But this cashier she then opened each customers boxes to add sauces and show them their pizza while her mouth was full and pizza in her hand. DISGUSTINGGGGGG!!! I didn’t end up getting any pizza and I NEVERWILL get anything from this nasty disgusting place. Unsanitary, unclean, unprofessional!

Placed a phone order pizza last night. After 2 hours of waiting, I called back to find out where my pizza was. I was told that there was never any record of my order being placed. By then the delivery service had ended, and the staff offered no type of solution for me. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve gotten the carryout 3-topping large $ 10 special a couple times and had no issues. Actually today I came in and ordered at 6:19pm and walked out of there with my pizza at 6:29pm. Pretty surprised and happy with this Papa J’s. I’ve never gotten delivery because I generally grab a pizza after getting off the train.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the service at this establishment. I’ll start by saying that I wait approximately 15 minutes before one of the rude employees asked to take my order. My aggravation began when he had the audacity to have atrocious attitude as if I ruin his day ! I’m beyond appalled. Then I waited over one hour for my order to be service, I would never patronize this establishment or papas john again !

The delivery people are some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. Papa Johns is one of the only places in town that charges a delivery fee($ 2.00) and yet they are also the only delivery place in the neighborhood that refuses to come deliver the pizza to my door. I’ve ordered from here twice now and both times they’ve called me to make me come get the pizza from them outside. Growing tired of this trend, I stopped answering the phone call — thinking it would force the guy to do his job and bring it to my door. But no, he just stood at my buildings entrance and rang my buzzer over and over and over again until I came out to get it. I live on the first floor and he wouldn’t bring it in! When I went outside to get it from him he had not even brought the pizza to the front door with him and made me stand there for 3 minutes while he shuffled through his car for the pizza. Now yes, of course I’m capable of walking outside and getting it myself, but when you charge me a delivery fee and I tip you on top of it — I expect you to bring it to the door. Everyone else does(without a fee). This has happened to me TWICE in the same week. I thought the first time it must just be a bad driver. I gave them a second chance. They will not be getting a third. The«reward your driver with a tip for outstanding service» message on the box is laughable. They also gave me a thin crust pizza when I did not order thin crust.

I placed the order below online at 6:09pm the pizza arrived 6:39pm. When i opened the box the buffalo pizza had no buffalo sauce and was slightly burnt. especially the bacon the pizza was also lukewarm. I immediately contacted the Papa Johns and made them aware of the problem with the pizza at 6:44pm and was told that a new would be sent. At 7:44pm I called to find out if the second pizza left and no one knows what time it left the store. I asked to speak manager and she couldn’t tell me what time the pizza left and whether or not it will be warm when i receive it. At this point I’ve already made a peanut butter sandwich and kindly asked for a refund. Her main concern was what happened to the first pizza. It is still here minus 2 bites waiting to be given to the driver. I order from papa johns and average of 3 – 4 times a month. But this is the 3rd time i’ve received the wrong order. It’s the first time that I am asking for a refund. 8:08 the driver finally arrives with very hot pizza and no refund cash. This leads me to believe that they forgot about the pizza and made it after i called. No longer a papajohns customer.
