It’s a good venue for shows & spoken word performances. Came here to see my home girl drop some bars ;) .it’s in the cut so pay attention as you can easily miss it.(Or maybe it was just me) It can get hot as hell quickly in here. The bar for the most part sells mostly beer. I got a free drink voucher. that was cool. Bathroom was dope. I ended up taking a selfie LOL.

If you enjoy affordable($ 0 – 15) live music of any genre(really, ANYGENRE), Palisades is the place for you. It’s got a really convenient location, consistently amazing curation, friendly staff, and the right mindset(It’s About the Music, Man). If someone forced me to pick a favorite venue in NYC, Palisades might have to be my answer!

Venue has a pretty cool dive bar feel to it. I recently saw a show here and really liked it. It was the perfect environment for the metal show I was at. The staff is pretty friendly too

I came to this place for some standard Thursday night music and it did not let me down. Let’s get to the specifics: There is an open area for you and your friends to dance. Me? I was on my own so I had extra room to twist. There is a bar with many fine drinks, including the necessary stockpile of genesee that any self respecting bar amasses in case of Nuclear emergency. It’s $ 3. Me? I’m classy so I went with the $ 4 Tecate. There are no seats and so my feet hurt. There are three poles. There is a stage. There is not much else. There is a phone number for a shrooms dealer named Alex in the bathroom. That Alex, by the way, is not me. Anyways, See you next time here at ol’ 906.
