Organic Garment Care Established In 2014 how i started this business 20yr ago i came to this country i had and AMERICAN dream of becoming a business owner I landed my first job in a laundromat washing and folding clother i did that for many year until i got tired then i push my self to learn more and more about the industry then 2 yr later i got promoted to work at the front desk taking customer orders then i left that company and work for another company as a supervisior manageing 13 location for 10 yr working 7 am to 7 pm mon to sat my schedule was crazy i had no time for my family then i save all my money because i know one day i will fullfil my dream and i did thanks to my partner ANGIE for supporting me

Do not go here for tailoring services.
The ‘custom tailor,’ Sandy, the owner speaks of, is off –site, and when I had issues, never available to come and measure the clothing directly. 2 out of the 3 garments I had wanted tailored were done incorrectly and the 3rd was simply not done well. Sandy said this was not a bad ratio…
The small amount of $$ you might save by going to this neighborhood spot is not worth the headache that comes with this place when they do it wrong. Go ANYWHERE else.

This is the best dry cleaner in the neighborhood. Men’s shirts wash & press are $ 2.75. Women’s blouse is $ 6. Missing star is because sometimes they’re closed during posted open hours, which has happened to me twice.

Amazing. I took one of my favorite white blouses after a rather fun night of debauchery. This poor blouse had makeup and wine stains all over yet organic garment care was able to completely get out all of the stains! Amazing. the owner is also extremely lovely. Great addition to the neighborhood!

This family run business is wonderful. Both of the owners are polite, personable and helpful. They remember my name and always ask how life is going. When I needed my cleaning done last minute, they expedited it and it came back the next day perfectly spotless. My dog had gone to the bathroom on my favorite cardigan and when I got it back, it was good as new. I would recommend them to anyone. Best cleaners I’ve used since I moved to NYC 5 years ago. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

I debated posting something but as I lay sick in bed and because of a mistake this company made, that sealed the deal. I don’t want to tarnish anyone’s livelihood and when I called to make my complaint I didn’t go into detail but the owner did offer me a free redo. However a free redo isn’t going to take my physical pain away and you lost my trust, so I won’t be back. I came to this place and asked if everything was fragrance and chemical free, I was told yes and trusted them. I have a condition where I need to keep my body away from as much irritants as possible, my immune system is not great. Just know when you put ORGANIC in your name and throw around words like this, you have to mean it, some people can get physically ill if you’re not 110% sure about your cleaning process. You have potential as you seem to be the only organic game in town but I do have doubts you’re 100% something is off.

I have always been satisfied all my garments have been handle wirh the best of care I went to a wedding my gown has wine stain all over I was about to throw it out then sandy said I should bring it in and to my surprise my dress was brand new I was so happy because my dress was a burberry brand… u go sandy and angie keep up the good work I will recommend you to every one without hesitation. …thanks guys.

I visited my son in New York and did what every mom does once in a while… proceeded to get all his dirty laundry washed! I could have gone across the street to the local laundry but I found Organic Garment Cleaners online and emailed Sandy at an ungodly hour of the evening to take advantage of the 20% off dry cleaning coupon she had advertised. I didn’t expect an answer right then but I got one… immediately! The next day her assistant Jackie came to pick up 4 huge bags of laundry and delivered the clean laundry back to me the following day. Thinking back I can’t imagine any laundry service delivering that amount of laundry back in a day… but they did it! There was only one pair of jeans that didn’t get completely dry… nothing a little sun couldn’t handle. I applaud you Sandy and team, for a job well done!
