ChefCharlesNYC will undertake to cater exclusive dinners & cocktail parties at your home or choice of venue. Leave the party planning to me and relax! I currently focus on four to six course sit-down dinners with the option of wine pairing for 12 – 15 guests. I create family style dinners for upto 30 guests and cocktail parties for upto 60 guests.
My cooking style is Global Contemporary and I provide a personalized service. Unlike most of the larger catering outfits you will have me chef charles cooking all the food for your event.

Charles has always found immense pleasure in cooking for people and seeing the happiness and bonds created over great food. From a young age, Charles has been passionate about cooking. He consistently experiments in creating new recipes, mostly inspired by foods from around the world. He has grown up with many cultures and traditions in the United States, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Nigeria, England and Mexico.
Charles is a self-taught chef and his specialty is global fusion cuisine. He loves to merge cooking techniques and ingredients from around the world to create interesting, synergistic, and flavorful dishes. As a culinary expert, he is known for creating global, contemporary cuisine with an emphasis on innovation and complex flavors. Charles believes in cooking without borders. In this day and age the world is a much smaller place. Cooking techniques, recipes and ingredients from all around the world are readily available in most grocery stores so why limit yourself :)
