One On One Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation

I had physical Therapy done here last year for my torn Meniscus to build up strength in my knee before my surgery which also helps with recovery time be more easier and less length of time in healing process. My therapist was Raccuia small world he is the son of The late Dr. Raccuia who I had the privilege of working in providing care to a lot of his patients. Once I knew that my therapist Alfred was the son of the late Dr. Raccuia I knew I was in good hands. He is a awesome therapist and performed therapy on me to the point it was time for surgery and yes my post op healing went smoothly. I recommend this place for your therapy Alfred and the entire crew there are awesome set of therapist who really make you feel at ease and help you with all the therapy you need. Place is well kept and clean, organized and the receptionist who schedule your appointments are very pleasant also. «Thank you» guys for helping me during that oooohhh so painful Meniscus tear. Keep up the awesome work you all do. Starting with Alfred Raccuia!

At first I loved it here. I felt cared for and learned much, but then, things changed. There seemed to be more young athletes than injured people taking up both space and intimidating many of us. There is little to no time to talk to your therapist and shuffling schedules make it next to impossible to really stay on track. I was lying on a table many times being ignored for long stretches of time several times while Sen. Marty Golden was catered to and held court around the room. The therapists gossip about clients and each other and generally seem too busy to care and don’t care if people hear them either. Add to that the uncaring uncaring and closed minded attitude some of the experts have and its a recipe for failure. Like so much in medicine these days it is less about the patient and more about volume coming in the door and making money. I was generally ignored, looked over and not really, after the initial work, paid much attention to. My therapist Rick was always talking while massaging me and always looking over the room. I know more about him than he ever knew about me and when I did begin to voice concerns about my problem he just glazed over and almost seemed perturbed. I am sad that as a person dealing with a very serious injury I was treated as no more than whatever my insurance paid… lost in the shuffle of TOO MANY PEOPLE AT ONE TIME in the space and a general lack of care from the reception staff to the PT that work here. Very sad. I had hoped this was going to help.

I really like this place. I go there with pain and I come out smiling. I have been limping with both knee problem as I have a tore Meniscus and other leg with tore ligaments and they are working with me to make me walk like a normal person. The pain is almost gone. The staff is awesome. Its like they know exactly what you going through and cure you right away. The registration staff is very helpful and polite too. Lot of medical places do not have such inviting registration staff. Everyone has a smile on their face and readiness to help. I would recommend this place for physical therapy. You work with all therapist everyone works with you and their goal is to get you up back to your normal life style. Thank you One on One staff.

My son hurt his back playing baseball and they got my son back on track and feeling better after his 1^st session today they are kind, courteous and professional I can see by their interaction with us but also other patients how much they care about their patients Enrique was amazing with my son and at explaining every step of the process very welcoming facility highly recommend

I have to agree with everyone else here on Unilocal this place hits home runs in all the right spots, First they got a great Manager in Al always has the perfect line up of staff everyone knows there rolls no egos involved. the place is clean, clean, clean no smell and big, the machines are latest greatest, and the staff is are encouraging, if you need PT work come here they will hit the ball right out of the park, ask for Al

Love these guys. Just started going here but the girls at front desk are always pleasant and efficient. The PT and the other staff members are on point.

Referred by my doctor and i was very disappointed on what happened. I gave it two stars for the receptions as for the services that i received it wasnt worth it in coming.
As a patient i have questions/​concerns that needs to be answered. The therapist didnt even answered it nor did she wanted to hear it half of the time she rolled her eyes at me. The comments she made were mainly negative who says that to he patient?. Instead of guiding me in making sure i am doing the exercises correctly hands me the paper saying these are exercises that im supposed to do at home.
My session was supposed to be an hour long, but it was only 30mins long. I felt rushed throughout my whole entire session therapist didnt really care or take the time to hear my concern.

My first time in PT. Everyone here is super friendly, helpful and patient. Parking was even easier than I expected. You never wait more than a couple of minutes past your appointment time to start your workout. Great atmosphere and i would definitely go back here if I ever have a need for more PT.
