We worked with Lotfi and were extremely dissatisfied with the service. After persistence and a threat to take it to small claims court, we managed to get our fee money back (considering we had paid to apply for an apartment ended up not being available for rent) but only after a huge confrontation where he told us to «get the f*** out». We were nothing but professional, but were thrown out of the office. Even though the deal with this apartment fell through, I still would have been willing to continue working with him if it wasn’t for his unprofessional demeanor.

Lotfi, here at O-​T Realty (O-​T Contracting, according to Unilocal) treated myself, my girlfriend, and our friends extremely unprofessionally.
They found a lovely apartment, through him, and everything appeared to be fine, until he attempted to contact the landlord. The landlord or superintendent got back to him, stating that the building was for sale, and that the apartment may not be available. This, of course, is not Lotfi’s fault, and that should be pointed out.
However, when we went to the office to discuss it and receive the refund for the deposit, he was extremely rude and unwilling to work with us. I asked if he could try to contact the landlord one more time while we were there, and I was angrily ejected from the building. It was a very polite, simple question. He would not let me speak. He then refunded my friends their money, and told them to «get the f*** out.»
We were being nothing but polite, and he responded to us with unnecessary rudeness and anger. I would advise against using him at all, and I would also make sure that when looking for an apartment, you know that the place you’re looking at is definitely on the market.
Apparently, according to the other review on here, they’re, besides real estate, «about a thousand other things.» Hopefully they’re a lot better and more friendly doing those things than they are as real estate brokers.

Ok, this might be completely out of left field, as «Notary Public» looked like kind of an afterthought stenciled on the front door after contractor, real estate, cleaning services, and about a thousand other things, but that’s what my experience involved. Desperate after a rather fruitless search online for the nearest notary public, I decided to hit the streets in the hopes that one of the many weird, multi-​function storefronts in my ‘hood offered notary services. O T must’ve been random storefront number 15B by the time I hit the Sweet-​Ups region of Graham, and my wandering finally paid off: Notary Public. The sweet little man behind the desk witnessed my signature, notarized my paperwork, and — wait for it — refused to accept my payment of the $ 2 fee because he couldn’t break my $ 10 bill. I LOVE THIS MAN. If only I had more uses for a notary/​cleaning service/​contractor/​realtor, O T would be my joint.
