NYC Power Wash

I’ve approached Mohamed/​NYC Power Wash a handful of times these past few months to help maintain sidewalks throughout NYC, and they’ve always done a professional and speedy job (which keeps me coming back to them again).
Mohamed was even able to stop by for an ‘emergency’ sidewalk cleaning due to fresh paint getting spilled everywhere a few days ago (they meet me on site in less than 45 minutes!).

We had some building graffiti, and the positive Unilocal reviews led us to NYC Power Wash. Mohamed was great to work with, very communicative and professional. A week after contacting him our building looked great. Highly recommended!

We had a row of three brick and cement townhouses in Williamsburg power washed to get rid of the efflorescence that was causing unsightly white streaks all over the façade of the buildings. That stuff is pretty much impossible to get rid of without professional attention, and even then there is no guarantee that it can be removed enough to look good.
Our brick looks so wonderfully clear of all the leaching. Mohamed truly stands behind his work and conducts his business with integrity. He is communicative and informs you of the work to be performed. Any concerns that came up were handled with an open dialogue and professionalism.
He and his team did a stellar job of removing the deposits and took extra precautions to protect the plants on our decks. They use environmentally safe chemicals, but I think it’s a good idea to take delicate/​sensitive plants indoors to eliminate any risk, just in case.
His prices are fair as he comes fully insured and is well-​equipped to handle taller buildings (ours are 5 stories). We look forward to working with him again in the future and will definitely refer him to others. You’re in good hands with him. Highly recommended!

They came, they saw, they cleaned!!! Mohammed returned my call within an hour, came for a consult later that day, scheduled the cleaning for the next day and they were there, early! They went above and beyond, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m thinking of dirtying my driveway just so they can come back again. No need to look any further, folks.

Fantastic. Simple as that. The gym I work at was recently tagged with a HUGE graffiti stain that we needed gone ASAP. This was Sunday morning. I called Mohammed around 11AM. He got back to me within seconds (not even exaggerating) with a quote and a time he could be there the next day (Monday) at 1PM. To be honest, I shopped around a bit, and received quotes significantly higher than NYC Power Wash, and other companies weren’t as responsive or as pleasant to work with as this one. Within 24 hours of even noticing the problem and reaching out to NYC Power Wash, the graffiti is off the wall, and the remnants are not noticeable at all. Super fast, super fair pricing, super nice people. No brainer to go with this place.

Mohamed and his crew did a nice job cleaning my deck and sidewalk. It was a little difficult to get something scheduled, but they did show up right on time and get the job done.

I hired NYC Power Wash to power wash the concrete floors in my bar for the frist time in 12 years! From start to finish these guys were great! I was able to book an appointment within the same week of calling. Mohammed and his crew arrived on time and even sent a text message when they were 30 minutes away. All three guys were super nice and professional and friendly. They worked quickly and were thourough. The result is beautiful! 12 years of grime literally washed out and away, right out the front door! The place looks brighter and cleaner and feels great! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone I know. I wish I had more floors for them to clean! Thanks guys! It really was a pleasure to meet and work with you all!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Yesterday Mohammed and his crew professional cleaned our NYC sidewalks, grafitti from walls and filth from basement — all had many stains and were very dirty. Not only was Mohammed very professional, answering all our questions and emails ahead of time, but he was extremely polite, hard working and did an amazing job at cleaning the outdoor space of our building.
His pricing was fair as well.
I am very pleased with his work ethics and the job that he and his team provided. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

Listen… don’t know these guys… never heard of them… just took a chance and choose them because of all the 5 star reviews… I’m happy I did.
I had a mess and it was bad. I of course was figuring out how to do it myself or cheap. Then I was reminded what someone once told. me. If it’s something you’re not an expert leave it to a professional. Simple but really really true. So I took a chance and called them up.
There’s no way they could of been quicker, courteous, efficient and clean.
I’m not lying when I say I can’t wait until my next mess!!!

These guys are the best! I called Mohammed late one night for a last minute rush job and he picked up long after most businesses would have stopped answering. He showed up first thing the next morning himself (even pulled one of his guys on his day off to handle my last minute emergency!) and did an amazing job. Completely transformed my space, which had been vacant for some time, to shiny and new.
I will definitely be using Mohammed again and suggesting him to everyone!

When my husband and I moved into our Fort Greene garden brownstone unit, we couldn’t wait to use the outdoor space. Unfortunately, it was just caked in dirt, mud, moss, and was generally unsightly and tracking dirt into our unit. We called NYC Power Wash, and man, aren’t we glad we did — the results are amazing! Mohamed and his crew really did wonders on the backyard brick so much so, that we asked him to spray out front — which he happily did. Can’t speak highly enough about the service and quality of work we received. Would recommend highly!

Mohamed was just great — friendly, professional and hard-​working. Couldn’t really have asked for a much better result. He went the extra yard and then some. Has some of the most sophisticated equipment I’ve ever seen among power washers. Power washed entire perimeter of home plus bluestone patio. Removed debris from 100-​year-​old clay rooftop with chemicals so as not to destroy the tile. Washed windows (exterior). 10 out of 10!

If every business was run like NYC Power Wash, the world would be a happier place. I looked into cleaning my NYC backyard on a whim, impressed by the reviews I called NYC Power Wash. Mohammed was immediately responsive, quickly arranged to come over to give a free estimate & then squeezed me in to an already packed schedule because he knew I was having an outdoor party the next weekend — in fact, joined his crew to make sure it got done. Incredibly professional, pleasant & efficient — I only wish I had more things I could hire them to do.

I called nyc power wash because they were working next door and i saw the van standing outside. Momo picked up and he came in right away and was so pleasant and said they will do it right away for me :-))))))…I was really happy with their work and prices. They worked for a very long time and made sure everything was perfect before they left. I will definitely refer them to every business owner or residential space to get their things done from them. I called NYC power wash this morning because when I went to open my store it had graffiti on the door and the wall so I had to get it done immediately. They answered all my questions with confidence so I felt I’m not going to look any further. I even ask them to come as fast as they can and they showed up 45 minutes later. went straight to work very efficient and the results was Spectacular. It wasn’t very cheap but they get the job done, and it looked like it was never there. I really appreciate these guys and I highly recommend them.

After seeing the amazing job the guys did with my deck in the back of my house, I called all of my friends and neighbors and told them they have to come and see my brand new deck!
They did such a terrific job, I really thought that I had a new deck after they were done.
The best part was, that it didn’t kill my pockets, It was very affordable and I would pay more if they asked me to after the job was done!
